After a recommendation from a friend we decided to use Rokform Finance to help us get a mortgage for our 1st house purchase. From day 1 I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise from both Kelly and Lorna. I have been using Kelly, for at least a decade now and will never change ! She always gets the job done, whatever the challenges are she will find a solution. We were recommended Kelly at Rokform by a family member when we were trying to get a mortgage after being told we had been declined by another mortgage broker.
Kelly was constantly communicating, with us and updating us throughout the process and answered every question we had to make sure we got the mortgage we needed.
My partner is self employed and the other mortgage broker made us feel like that was going to hinder us being able to get the mortgage we needed but after speaking to Kelly her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication reassured us getting a mortgage wouldn’t be a problem and we had a mortgage offer within a couple of days after getting in touch.
