Ordered 2 suits every fitted apart from the jacket that came up really small even though I ordered a size bigger and the waist coat fitted which you got bought the jacket and that would be the same width, returned them both 3 weeks ago and still not received my refunds all I get told is short staffed you will get it soon

I’ve never found anything prettier for my daughters as these bridesmaid dresses. They looked so beautiful at my brothers wedding. The service from Roco has been wonderful, with quick delivery time and neatly packed products. Our dresses arrived in special dress bags, something I’ve not seen often for children, usually just come in a poly bag, so we are very impressed. I will definitely return here for our next event :)

5 star service and very efficient customer service from Charlotte! She organised my delivery and the suit I ordered was perfect for my 4 year old son to wear for my brothers wedding!

Really wouldn't recommend - read the reviews & there is a repeated theme. Missing returns labels & no sight of refund.
Delivery of item was great, quick and efficient, however that's where the positives end.
Item didn't suit so decided to return but found no returns label, apparently this is deliberate. So ended up paying from my own pocket, which although isn't great wasn't a real problem. The real issue is the returns/refund process. We are now 8 days from the date they received & signed for the item (royal mail tracking) but heard nothing from Roco regarding this. Have emailed them chasing acknowledgment that they have received, was initially asked for confirmation of my proof that item was sent back. Once proof was provided their excuse for the delay is that we are a family run business & have limited numbers in the warehouse.

I brought a 3 peice suit which was returned straight away as size issues. But they did not give me a full refund, whereas it states free returns to uk customers and I am based in uk. Yet they had the audacity to say the postage costs when clearly states free returns! I will be taking this further! I really suggest do not order anything from them! Worse service I ever came across!

Dont buy from this company and if you do make sure this is via something you can claim your money back from dress and shoes arrived not size stated on website and shoes not true to size request a refund and although it states on there website 2-5 working days we are now on 7 working days since they receive them back these was posted via there own parcel label and yet I still had to show them the proof that it has been returned to them poor company clearly they are not bothered about returning customers as they would treat them better than this please read the negatives as this seems like a common accourance if you have a problem. I have had to open a claim via paypal and will wait till they sort it keep photos and keep all proofs as this company is not to be trusted.

I ordered suits for my boys for my wedding. They came in no time, very good quality, nicely packed in suits cases and above all the suits look fab on my boys. Can’t wait to see them all dresses up on the big day.
This was the first time I used Coco,definitely I will be using the side again and will recommend it to everyone!

Highly recommend Roco clothing. Received a beautiful Communion suit, very well made. I had a problem that customer services sorted out straight away. I'll definitely be ordering from here for future occasions. Great value for money.

Website easy to navigate, ordering was simple and delivery was quick. Suits are great quality and especially for the price. I had a small issue with one suit I ordered, customer care team were very quick and the best I've ever experienced. Return of suit and replacement was easy, quick and excellent communication throughout.

Avoid this company. The clothes arrived crumpled and smelled odd. I spoke directly with ROCO to complain and found him to be rude and had an attitude. I have given up on this company and took my business elsewhere. Avoid.

Fantastic service. Bought a communion suit in February and it was perfect. Unfortunately the communion was cancelled and when rescheduled the suit was too small. Roco allowed me to return the suit in September and issued me with a credit note so I could re order the suit in the next size. Very prompt service and would highly recommend.

Ordered a suit for my wedding was originally happy with, but due to covid and the wedding being postponed needed to exchange for a bigger size.
After several emails and 2 exchanges still have not been given the suit that I originally purchased in the bigger size.
Have had nothing but stress and hassel from the company regarding the exchanges and they cannot provide the original suit purchased on the size needed. Company now refusing to refund after all the issues caused by them and not upholding the agreed purchased style or item.
Would not recommend the company at all, there excuse for not upholding the correct purchased item as promised and the bad service is that they are financially struggling due to covid.
I obviously know a lot of companies have been effected but this is no excuse to treat a customer the way I have been treated and not uphold the order that was purchased and needed.
If you are unsure whether to order or what style and colour will suit your needs again do not order from them as they will not help you if you order or recieve what is not wanted or purchased.

Ordered 7 suits, they came beautifully packaged, the colour is exactly as shown, the delivery time was so quick (got it in two days) and the pricing is amazing. I can’t complain.

Just received my son's Monaco 5 piece navy suit. It is absolutely beautiful quality. I went up slightly on his measurements as advised on site. The suit is really well made. My son is delighted especially considering he should've made his communion in May but due to Covid didn't happen and hopefully it'll be Sept now. Thank you so much A++++ for your suits.

I am pleased to share that I have had a wonderful experience with Roco Clothing. I struggled to get a high quality suit locally here on the high street which fitted my 13 year old son's needs as he is tall and slim. I ordered a slim fit navy suit from Roco. This is an outstanding suit with a real designer appearance and the fabric does not wrinkle -it has been an excellent purchase.

We are a mature couple getting married in June 2020.
All of our grandchildren plus friends are involved in our special day.
I purchased 2 toddler check suits and 3 flower girl dresses
Amazing products quick delivery value for money and great quality.
I had to return 2 dresses for2 other colours and sizes and they were so quick with exchanges and refunds

We’ve been planning our vow renewal some time now and waiting until closer to the time to order our boys suits.
When we got married we hired suits from a suit hire shop and paid £68 for one and it was in a right state.
Anyway I ordered my 2 boys suits on Monday in a lovely Blue to match hubbys one.
2 x 5 piece suits £55! Absolute bargain!
They arrived today and are amazing quality and look so smart on.
Can’t recommend Roco Clothing enough!

I purchased 3 suits from Roco Clothing for my 3 boys. I was extremely disappointed to discover the suits were all creased, again, due to the nature of the packaging, as all 3 suits were densely packed in one small bag. I only purchased as a returning customer, because back in 2017 when I purchased 3 suits for my boys, they said they would look into the way they packaged to avoid the same issue with other customers and also offered £21 to get it steamed. When I got in touch, they requested photos which I provided. Roco Clothing claimed it was ‘part of the design’ and it was suppose to be there ‘intentionally’. When challenged and provided further photos, which clearly showed the creases, they take no responsibility and say they have changed their policy to avoid compensating for the cost of getting it steamed to get it back to its original condition. The onus was on Roco Clothing to ensure I receive my items in its original condition, which they failed to do. The advisor Charlotte is of no help at all, very unprofessional. I would most certainly not be purchasing from Roco Clothing again. Avoid at all cost.
