Wow this company is shocking!!!
I sent a return with 48hr tracking. Item has been received by them but no confirmation email or any information about the status of my refund and there’s nobody you can call either. They do beautiful suits but is it really worth the hassle if you need to change it?… noooo

Avoid at all costs! I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses, I kept 2 and sent one back. It was tracked delivery and I seen the company received it after a few days. This was around 6 weeks ago and I have had to contact them 4 or 5 times now asking where my refund is. They told me my refund was processed and to wait for my money. They’ve said this every time I’ve contacted them yet I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted my bank for fraud!
Disgusting company and disgusting customer service!
Would absolutely NOT reccommend!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Will never order anything from this company and will advise anyone to do the same. I have never had an experience like this in my life. Stealing money from their customers!

I ordered a suit for my 2 year old and it was amazing. Came packaged beautifully and in its own little suit bag!
My son is quite a big boy for his age and 3-4 is a little snug on his waist but the rest of it fits amazing so I’d definitely say it’s true to size.

I can’t fault them especially when other sites are asking for £50 just for the suit jacket for a toddler, It’s everything I could have asked for and more, it’s a rarity to buy something online without flaws. So thanks Rocco!

Website tells you to call ASAP if needing to cancel an order befor their wearhous processes the order but don't provide a phone number. Found a number here but auto voice states they don't take phone calls. Meaning my only option is to send it back wen it comes and be out of pocket for delivery and returns postage as they state they do not refund delivery. I was going to be ordering 7 suits in the next few months but I will be going els were

Excellent quality suit for my young son. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I had to return but they were super speedy with refunding and communication. Would definitely use them again!

What a brilliant choice of occasion wear for boys! I was delighted with the suit we purchased for my son's primary school leavers dance.
The quality, order process and delivery were all excellent. Will definitely be using roco again in the future.

I ordered a suit where it should come with a bow tie and they did not include a bow tie in. When I asked them they asked me to return the whole suit and to ask for a refund instead of kindly just sending me the bow tie.
The customer service was not helpful at all. I really don't recommend buying from here. There are so many retailers out there that will be able to provide you with better service and not make you pay for their mistake.

So i wanted 2 suits for my grandkids i didnt want to spend loads as were knocking on a bit n better things to spend our dosh on .however didnt want cheap n tacky either. So we gave rocco a go and I kid you not theses suits are beautiful.really lovely good quality.delivery spot on carnt thank you enough rocco one less thing for me to stress about .will be going for flower girl dresses also ..Thanks again

I was uncertain whether online suit would be good quality, size or smooth in ordering but I found Roco very smooth, fast and quality of suits were very good.
My delivery was extremely fast especially as I needed them quick and returns were even better with quick communication.

Couldn’t of asked for better customer service. A flower girl dress I ordered had a faulty zip and I hadn’t tried to dress on the child straight away. When it came to it I was just 2 weeks till the wedding. I emailed in looking for an exchange and the prompt reply explaining they had sent me another straight away after showing them my order info without any hesitation was more than I expected. Beautiful dress too. Thank you for helping so quickly and professionally.

Ordered a suit for my slightly taller 8 year old so ordered a size 9, was so impressed with the quality and fit of the 5 piece suit, great value and so much better than high street shops, did next day delivery encase it didnt fit but it was perfect and arrived less than 24 hours after ordering

I'm really happy with the quality. For my son's suit, I bought a 3 piece suit and a shoe on Friday. I got it on Monday, well packaged and in a suit bag. Reviewing is not my thing, but I was blown away by the service and quality.

The customer service are amazing. I ordered twos sizes and returns were no problem. The suit was beautiful and exactly what you see on the site. I would highly recommend this site for a suit.

Products are of good quality, But the returns processing needs to change if someone needs to exchange return due to size issues, a month in total to get a refund is totally unacceptable

Have both Communion and confirmation this month for my two sons (12 & 7 YO) I was looking for suits of great quality and with a perfect fit, but couldn’t find anything within the limited choices we have in my local town. Explored Rocco clothings online site, was very impressed with the range of choices and for all sizes! A one stop shop for the whole outfit! Shirts, Ties, shoes! My order arrived on time, professionally packed in individual suit carriers! Blown away by the quality of fabric and the fit!! Very impressed by the built in waist adjuster too! Top quality! Highly recommend!

Wow wow wow! My little boys suit came today and I couldn’t have asked for better for the price! It’s fits perfect and he looks unreal. The suit is quality made. I’m very impressed.

Easy to use web site. Totally accurate size guide. Brilliant selection of modern fitting suits. Exceptional quality for the price. It was wonderful to be able to buy all the accessories, shoes, shirt and tie in one place. All wonderful quality and delivery was exceptionally quickly and carefully packaged in a suit carrier. Have not had a good experience with this company.
Ordered waist coats for a wedding and when they arrived they were much darker than the pictures on the website made them look.
I returned them using the returns label provided by Roco. They took 4 days to get back to the company and now it’s 5 days since they received them back and they haven’t acknowledged or processed a return.
I emailed them to ask if they had got the parcel and I got a reply saying it’s up to 15 days to process a return and then 5 days for it to get back into your bank.
So you’re looking at almost a month to get your money back if you return anything to this company. Poor customer service, wouldn’t buy from again.
