The communication throughout the booking process, run up to the holiday, on the holiday and return from holiday has been outstanding. They ensured the airline and hotel knew about the severe allergies before our arrival and kept me informed of this. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again. Hotel pool area was great and nice to have a good beach a short walk away. The cove right beside the hotel was perfect for snorkelling in. Hotel was a nice size and not too busy. However, I would not recommend going to Mallorca at the end of October as it is the end of their season so a lot of restaurants and shops in the town were closed and it gave the place a bit of a weird, ghost town vibe.

Communications were excellent and staff very helpful. Opportunities to discuss the holiday were made available which is reassuring. Flights and tickets for train travel were all perfect. Over all the main thing was that I was able to concentrate on enjoying myself without worrying about travel logistics. A great holiday experience. Thank you!
