Rockit repairs is my only choice when I crack my screen on my phone. They have helped me numerous times in the past and will use them again in the future.

I had two Ipads in need of repair. Both were fixed quickly and reasonably priced. Have used RockIT in the past and have always been satisfied.
Would highly recommend RockIT!

Everyone was courteous and knowledgable. It was my eight year old grandson's phone and his input was was treated with respect, I appreciated that. e,

I have trusted my computer problems to RockIT on 4 separate occasions, and each time they fixed the problem as promised, on time, and for the amount agreed. Couldn't ask for more !!

Had charging issues, sent in for new power connector. Came back, worked for about 3 weeks, sent it back. When it returned that one lasted only about 2-3 weeks. Gave up on it and bought a new phone.

They fixed my screen and when I got my phone back the camera and the volume did not work. Was told the new girl worked on it and hey they have to learn by doing it and my phone never got fixed. I will never set foot in that place again. Jim

I had one of those difficult to diagnose electrical problems... the Kindle did not hold a charge. After replacing both the battery and the charging port the unit was returned to me but it just wasn't right - the unit indicated it was charging but it never fully charged. I return the unit and then RockIT then replaced the main circuit board (at no charge) and the unit was perfect. This wasn't fun but the bottom line is they stood behind their work - integrity. They made it right!!!!

I was on a road trip and my cell.phone wouldn't charge, leaving me with no gps or a way to call anyone if I had car trouble. I found Rock It Repair through google when my phonegot very low, and they were able to fix my phone in just a couple of hours. I was back on the road and able to use.my gps and feel confident that my phone would be available if I had any problems on the road. They were fast and affordable.

I started using these guys when it was 2 guys in old town Fredericksburg. Then the service was second to none. I have since used them about 20 times total. With phone screens and repairs my experience with them has been AWESOME. I unfortunately had them build me a custom gaming controller for my son's birthday. Took way beyond time quoted so was a late gift. Came to me with a hole in the case as they intended to install a selector button on the bottom but then decided not to but left the hole in the controller. My experience with phones GREAT! With other stuff..... NOT SO GOOD. But could've been the person assigned to the repair/customization

Rockit Repairs is a leader in the field, with a quality product and a professional repair. If you want shopping mall convenience, you'll get what you pay for. Me? I prefer experience.

...I'm a little disappointed that they didn't take a selfie on my phone after my husband gave them permission to do so.

They were very quick with the repair of my kindle fire. They were very helpful when I called them about what needed to be fixed.

I was pleased with the work they did on my Galaxy siii. The problem is that within a few months, the charging port broken again. Unfortunately, RickIt didn't have a warranty period long enough, so I never fixed the phone again because it would have cost me another $70.

Rockit is good to work with. Provides good updates and reasonably quick.

They repaired a cracked screen on an iPad. Fixed it like new in one day.
All as promised.

Wade was always honest, professional and caring. He replaced the screen on my laptop. When the wrong part was ordered he explained what happened and contacted me as soon as the right part came in. When Wade completed my computer he gave me a call. However, when I picked it up the microphone wasn't working properly. Again, Wade apologized and quickly fixed it for me. I waited maybe five minutes and he handed my totally fixed computer over to me. I can't thank Wade enough for his patience and professionalism. He does amazing work and I can't thank him enough for fixing my laptop.
