Rocket Removals and Storage Ltd Anmeldelser

Went the extra mile to move furniture in a short time frame.

They just worked were very patient and honest and so helpful, brilliant bunch of guys couldn’t have managed without them!

They guys were very professional and very polite, they also went the extra mile regards the other party that they didn’t charge for or expect. I can’t speak highly enough of the guys who didn’t even crease a box on an extremely hot and trying day.

Rocket Removals were fantastic, we've used them 3 times, they certainly took the stress out of moving day,the boy's were so cheerful and helpful, and couldn't do enough to help.

Excellent service moving my business. Would highly recommend Rocket Removals.

From Paul in the office to day of removal, great service. The two men were so hard working and very helpful. It was a very hot morning and they went above and beyond to get everything loaded.

I emailed months ago to ask for a quote and no-one responded.

Rocket Removals are always reliable, affordable and efficient. I have used them on numerous moves and would highly recommend them.

Brilliant removal company. Kev and Callum were great, efficient, helpful and a pleasure to move house with. Would definitely recommend this company for house removals.

Fantastic service from reasonable quote through to really considerate and hard working crew on moving day. Kev and Brad were really brilliant!! They did not stop working hard all day long and it really was service with a smile!! Kev and Brad couldn’t have been more helpful!! I would highly recommend this company to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Kev, Callum and Jake were amazing. They turned up on time and were really efficient. They made the day stress free.

I had my jewellery taken from a packing box and a man’s watch from a side pocket of a gym bag.

I would advise anyone using this company and doing their own packing to secure the boxes with tape and count how many boxes you are moving. Checking that the boxes have been delivered when you reach your destination.

We had a large move requiring two vans and four men. I still have sleepless nights over this incident and haven’t received compensation. On contacting the company they didn’t want to know and stated that their removers were ‘furious at my suggestion’ They did not want to believe that one of their removers had light fingers.

What fantastic service we received from Rocket Removals - they were particularly helpful when it came to accommodating our removal date in their diary. The men who came to help us on our removal day were helpful, polite and extremely hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Mike and Brad were amazing. They were extremely careful with our furniture and if/when furniture was questionable to move due to its condition or the space, we were told prior any steps taken. Everything was moved quickly and we were very happy with the end result. My husband and I could not be happier and we will use this service again and happily recommend them to others.

Great company to deal with. Easy quotation process and documentation. On the day the team were very efficient and personable and worked really hard. Cannot thank them enough for a smooth move and a laugh and a joke along the way with the friendly guys. Thank you to everyone at Rocket.

Paul and his team were absolutely first class from start to finish. Would use them again without hesitation.
Thanks to the Rocket team for making my move stress free !!!

We chose Rocket Removals for our recent house move, which proved to be the best decision we could have made. Throughout the traumatic two days, the team were absolutely fantastic. Always cheerful, very hard working, including some excellent problem solving necessary here and there. They definitely made what could so easily been two horrible days into two good hearted, friendly and ultimately highly successful days.
Our eternally grateful thanks go to Kev, Brad, Callum and Mike.

My Mum has recently sold her house and moved from Harrogate to Bristol. The move and furniture storage were managed by Rocket Removal. To say they have been amazing is an understatement. The organisation and team were great, courteous and professional. We can’t recommend them enough and thank them for their kindness and consideration.

Organised , polite , efficient , skilled , fast and nothing was too much trouble, with split destinations. Kev, Dan and Harry did the final move ( different set of lads packed up the day before). I would throughly recommend.

Thanks to the Rocket Removals team who have helped us move furniture and plenty of breakables to various points in the UK with no issues.
Always kept in contact in arranging plans and very efficient in packing up. John and Josh arrived on time after an early start and long journey and did a great job and were professional and very friendly. Still one more pick up and drop to go, but thanks to the whole team who have helped us.
