They scamed my money
They scamed my money, i won , try to withdraw, and insta blocked my account 2 days left (reason, multiple accounts) i never play this casino before, and never come my money back, no answer from support or discord.

They stole the money
They stole the money. While registering they do not ask for nationality and their website is not restricted to acces from Lithuania. However afterwards, after requets to withdraw they did verification and stole all money and blocked account stating that Lithuania is restricted in their T&C. So they are fishing clients and letting them create accounts and do not pay out saying that your country is restricted. Who reads T&C by scrutinity, they should inform when opening an acount than you are not permitted to play.

I won some money on betting. When I wanted to withdraw the money they refused to give me my money.
Now they have closed my account saying that I have manipulated the system? What an excuse is that?! I’ve played on their bets THEY offered.
I haven’t got an explanation why they have blocked my account other than referring to a rule I haven’t broken at all.
I have tried to contact them further but now they do not respond at all!

Have not received my money
I have been using Rocketpot for around 2 weeks, I have only been using their sportsbook because they offer table tennis, which is the only thing I have a lot of knowledge about. I have been winning 19.900 USD over the past 2 weeks, so I thought it was about time that I take out some of the money, so I withdrew 9600 USD. Before I could do that I had to do the KYC process, which is fair, I did that and got approved but had to make withdraw again. And also when I returned to my account, my balance was 0 and I noticed they have sent me the money I had on the account in the form of a bonus that they wanted me to wager x1. They ended up being nice about it in the live chat so I did not have to wager x1, which is the way it should be. So I withdrew the 9600 usd again, it has been almost 5 days now and they have not approved the withdraw yet. I keep going into the live chat but I just get the same basic answer everytime "we are waiting on a response from the relevant department". Would be nice with a more detailed answer when we talk about this amount of money
