If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went to their booth at the San Antonio Stock show and specifically told the sales person that I did not want jeans that stretch out after wearing for a short time. Well I have worn all 3 pairs different styles they are so big they just fall off. I let them know of the problems and that I was disappointed in the way they performed. I have even washed and dried them hoping that would change. They are the most horrible jeans I think I have ever worn. Their solution was to offer me a free pair of jeans, I will not be even using that, as that is how bad these jeans are. Just beware if you want your jeans to fit all day without stretching and falling down don't purchase these.

Rock and Roll Denim has been a life changer for my husband. We have spent years finding a Jean that actually works for his slim build while still being able to wear a boot. They also make it so easy to exchange in a timely manner. Highly Recommend Rock and Roll Denim!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been hands down one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid Rock & Roll Denim at all costs. I placed an order several weeks ago—paid in full, received the confirmation email, and was excited to receive what looked like high-quality, stylish Western wear. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The package NEVER ARRIVED.

At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Shipping delays happen, and I know that sometimes carriers misplace things. But after days turned into weeks, and I still hadn’t received my package or any update, I decided to reach out to their customer service team. Big mistake.

The customer service experience has been absolutely abysmal. Not only are they slow to respond—taking multiple days, sometimes even over a week, to get back to me—but when they do respond, they are completely unhelpful and dismissive. I explained that I never received my order and asked for assistance filing a claim with the shipping carrier or having a replacement sent. I provided everything they could possibly need: my order number, tracking information, screenshots of the delivery status (which, by the way, showed it was never delivered), and even a statement from the carrier.

They essentially shrugged it off.

They told me it wasn't their responsibility to help with shipping issues—even though THEY chose the carrier and THEY took my money. I have worked with many online retailers over the years, and even when things have gone wrong, most of them are more than willing to help resolve the issue. Not Rock & Roll Denim. They flat-out refused to file a claim with the carrier on my behalf. They refused to send a replacement item. They refused to issue a refund. It felt like once they had my money, they completely washed their hands of any accountability.

What kind of company treats paying customers this way? Their lack of professionalism and empathy is staggering. It's clear they have no systems in place for resolving lost or undelivered packages, and they seem to have no interest in keeping their customers satisfied once the transaction is complete. It’s almost like they rely on people just giving up and eating the loss—and judging by other reviews I’ve since read, I’m not the only one this has happened to.

To add insult to injury, I found their communication style to be passive-aggressive and unapologetic. I wasn’t even asking for anything unreasonable—just help resolving an order I paid for and never received. Instead, I was met with indifference and vague, repetitive answers that went nowhere.

BOTTOM LINE: Rock & Roll Denim does not stand by their customers or their shipping process. Their customer service is completely useless, and their policies seem designed to avoid responsibility at every turn. I’ve lost money and gained nothing but frustration. I will never shop here again, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to avoid them as well. If you value your time, money, or sanity—spend it elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly do not care about customer satisfaction in the slightest.

I bought two pairs of jeans for my son, which did not fit. There was an error on their site when I initially tried to return them so the return was delayed. By the time I returned the jeans, Rock & Roll denim would no longer accept them even for store credit.

These used to be the best jeans in the world. Had trouble finding jeans that fit well. Finally found some then they discontinued him found another one then they discontinued him. They constantly discontinue stuff now they don't even offer a loose fit anymore. Called customer service about it the lady on the phone was rude as hell basically I was wasting her time.

Super disappointed. I saw ads for these guys at rodeos and decided to try them out. I usually wear Wranglers and they dont have a ton of fit options. So the Rock and Rolls were a welcome option. Unfortunately, they do not wear well, they fall apart quickly.

Doing normal, simple ranch work they fell apart in less than 8 wears. This is highly subpar. I reached out to the company and expected, as a Texan engaging with a Texas company, that they would stand behind their products. Instead, I got the runaround and unwillingness to make it right. In short, I will stick with Wranglers; they at least are honest.

Loved my Panhandle tee!! Great customer service. Better prices than Boot Barn or Cavenders. Happy I found this store. TY!

I watched the series on Netflix how to be a cowboy and the sponsor rock and roll denim jeans so I thought I would try a pair. I normally wear Silver jeans and have been very happy with them but I really liked the show so thought I’d try them. I received my pair and they were really nice looking and fit ok. A little loose but my wife liked them. Then…oh,oh. A huge hole in the right pocket where they missed stitching. I thought no problem my wife is handy she can fix it but I don’t want to pay over $50 (after a coupon) for “broken “jeans. So I called to see I I could negotiate some money back on my order thinking about $10 would be fair. I hate sending things back because we live in the middle of no where in northern MN and it is hard to get to a FEDEX. Well customer service said after talking to a manager that they would only give me 10% off. I asked if they were serious and they said that is all they could offer. I offered to send pictures and they said no. So I said I would just return them for a refund.

Overall I was very disappointed in this company and will not order from them again. I’ll stick to silver jeans where I know the quality is.
