Great service- products and delivery service. Downsides-the system makes it digo to place order due error related to billing address I was forced to create an account in order to overcome this error.

Update: Since my negative review expressing my concerns, i no longer view this site as a "scam" considering they kept their promise and contacted me, thanks a lot to the customer service team especially Vicky who called me to help re arrange my order and made sure my stethoscope was successfully delivered.
