Wonderful service
We have used Roche Legal for many years. Mostly with regards to will writing. The family feel that they have always been attentive and professional.
Latterly, Clare, has been dealing with a very complex issue relating to an inheritance from someone domiciled abroad. We always feel undated and considered throughout this matter

Very professional yet personal
Very professional, straightforward service. Nothing too much trouble, no matter how silly I thought my question may be, Melanie treated me with compassion and respect, ensuring I fully understood everything without making me feel like an idiot. A truly personal approach and definitely the best experience I have ever had with any solicitor. Roche Legal are just unique in their approach and a pleasure to work with. Roche Legal set up Wills & Powers of Attorney for our family. They acted promptly, efficiently & fully executed our requirements. Despite restrictions imposed by Covid, the experience was stress free and easy. Roche legal staff are experienced and friendly.
Putting our affairs in order had been on our to-do list for some time, having now completed the formalities we feel relieved that this is in place for the ease & benefit of our family. Roche Legal were recommended to us by several friends, including other solicitors in different fields. we, in turn, would happily recommend them to others.

I use Roche Legal for all my legal…
I use Roche Legal for all my legal work. They are not on my doorstep but this is insignificant as they are so efficient at dealing with things. Their communication is fantastic and the flexibility takes a lot of the headache away from the bureaucratic legal necessities. I have no negatives to share.

Caring and professional
We recently completed joint will writing with Melanie at Roche in York and were very pleased with the whole experience. Melanie was very professional, but kind and caring and we felt at ease undertaking something that is not the easiest of tasks to consider. I would really recommend using Roche and would not hesitate to use the team again. Great experience.

The service could not have been better or friendlier. The team really helped me out with what turned out to be a very complex probate case. The attention to detail was exemplary. I would have no problem recommending Rachel and her team.

Roche Legal, a very personable approach
We were very pleased with the service offered by Roche Legal for setting up Power of Attorney, Will writing and setting up a Trust on our property. Both Rachel and Victoria were very personable , took care to explain things in detail , but were quick and efficient . They were also very accommodating when it came to fitting in appointments and dealing with anxieties .

Really helpful and supportive team. Melanie took time to listen to our requirements and understand our needs.
