Did my hardest to list the correct parts to be replaced, only to be sent the wrong items I needed. Top piece: broken feet, can’t attach to floor slots, what I needed replaced Bottom piece: what I was sent as a replacement instead

Hi Sierra, I'm truly sorry we sent you the wrong replacement parts—that must have been frustrating, especially after you took care to list exactly what you needed. This isn't the experience we want you to have. Could you please email us at service@robotime.com with "Trustpilot review" in the subject line? Our team will make sure the correct feet get sent out to you as soon as possible.
