Fast shipping. Order was accurate and Robert's makes sure it's right. I sent a friend to Roberts, because I know they're a great place to go.

UPDATE: A lens was ordered from UsedPhotoPro (Roberts Camera). They immediately shipped it via UPS 2nd Day air. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, June 1st. It was not. Instead, UPS lost it (according to UPS). I called Robert's Camera asking them to file a claim to initiate the necessary investigation to locate and move the package. An email from the director of UsedPhotoPro stated that they had filed a claim to initiate the investigation. They had not. Ten hours later, UPS allowed me to initiate the investigation, the next morning it was located and ultimately delivered. The issue wasn't the item, the sale, or even their choice of shipping; it was that once it was shipped, the implied response was that as long as they had their money, EVENTUALLY I might get my lens, and if not, well, give it eight or ten days and they'd see what they could do. When I wrote to the director and called him on his lie regarding filing the claim, he replied by throwing his team under the bus and blamed a time difference between where he was and where his team was. Truth is, they simply didn't bother initiating the claim process. I did, and ultimately THAT was what got the lens found and delivered. The true measure of company is not how well they handle the simple transactions, but how honest they are when things don't work as intended. Misleading customers to placate them is never good business. THIS REVIEW IS UPDATED TO SHOW THE MOST RECENT AND MOST ACCURATE INFORMATION.

Wow! Wonderful customer service. I had a question about the warranty and getting it put in the gift recipient’s name. Bruce replied with No Problem! Took care of it himself and then provided a follow-up email to let me know everything was taken care of! Really, really, really pleasant experience all around. Will definitely order from them again! Top notch!!

I ordered a Nikon Z35mm 1.2 lens from Roberts Camera. When I received the lens a few days later, It was packaged very well much better than any other Camera store. The people that work there are great. When ever I call with a question they are just the best. I love doing business with Roberts Camera. You can't go wrong with them, and the Lens is great!!

I literally order and preorder all of camera gear from Robert’s or UsedPhotoPro (Robert’s used department). Their used gear is very well described and well priced. Their new gear ships fast, and they always have a $0 invoice to preorder. When I bought my X100VI, my Sony A7V, and my Sigma 17-40mm f1.8 I preordered through them, and it was very easy.

I am a professional wedding, portrait and event photographer so it’s critical that if I need something, delivery turn around can be fast. They have always been great.
