My Experience with Roberto Cavalli was a complete disappointment. Their website claimed "import tax" included, but I was unexpectedly asked to pay tax upon delivery by DHL. Their customer service (Anne-Marrie F.) from United States was unhelpful and unresponsive, showing a clear lack of concern for their customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Roberto Cavali at all costs.
Scum money on site
I order on the site some staff for sell. On official. The payment went, not a joke 340 with delivery. And then? Site showed me ERROR! I texted to customer care. But no reply!!! Al bills with me! Scum!!!! So rude. I’m ready to share screenshots for proof! And give my bank story!

I bought shoes worth £452, I wore them twice and they got very deformed and chips from the shoe fell out. I reached out to customer service and they didn’t help me at all. In fact they were very unprofessional They instead insisted on giving me 20% of what I paid the shoe to cover up for poor quality of the shoes. I will never buy anything from them ever again and I don’t recommend them either

How can it be luxury brand when their packaging was terrible. I ordered a t-shirt and it Comes only the t shirt and the packet even the t shirt was not wrapped with plastic or papper .Even when i buyed cheap things they come with nice packaging. Siete dei ladri, ci date una confezione grande per una bottiglietta che se la bevo la bevo in un sorso, lo so che tutto questo è marketing, che fate pagare 49,50€ per una bottiglietta, ma abbiate almeno il coraggio di dare una confezione che dia l'idea di come sia la bottiglietta, per questo intendo che se la bottiglietta è piccola dateci almeno una confezione piccola non una confezione grande per poi aprirla e trovarci una cacatina, immaginatevi la mia reazione tfoooo!!!

Ordered an item. Was well-informed through the order to shipment flow.
I decided to return the item, which was a very smooth process.
I initiated the return through my account on RobertoCavalli.com and DHL came to my doorstep to pick up the parcel.
Next day it arrived in Milano and I could follow the process from delivery to the cash return when I logged in on my profile on RobertoCavalli.com. However, I do think they should send e-mail updates too on these matters.
Very good shopping experience
The site sells goods from the Italian designer Roberto Cavalli (Clothes, shoes and bags etc).
I ordered several items from the website, they were delivered just as agreed (3 days) with UPS, a tracking number was provided so I was able to know exactly when the parcel would arrive.
Lovely dress and scarves, looked just like the pictures and lived fully up to my expectations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with their products the shop offers a 14 days free return service as well (also UPS).
