A very impressive and thorough installation of our 15kg Coffeetool roaster. It’s been an eye opener in terms of the detail required to get a compliant set up. We are extremely grateful for Matt’s guidance and expertise to get us to where we needed to be.

I highly recommend the Roastertec.
The engineer is not only skilled technician, but also he has fabulous knowledge.
When he visited us , he fixed our machine issue and gave us some tips for keeping the machine healthy.
Also he is the qualified gas engineer as well . So that he can check whole system of roasting place !!

The team at Roastertec were absolutely faultless with their approach, communication and execution on our Roaster install. As a start up Roastery, a lot of the stress around the install, gas connection and flue were all removed, leaving us with a stunning install and the brightest copper work we've ever seen!

I needed a new boiler installed and Roastertec had been highly recommended through a friend.
Matthew (Roastertec) was super quick in response to my initial message and was able to come to the house to give me a quote the same week. Everything was explained about what would be needed, the pluses and minuses of a wide range of boilers as well as the reasons older parts may or may not need replacing. The pricing quote had a full break down of part costs again with reasoning for particular parts being required.
Matthew turned up on the date and time agreed to install the new boiler and again talked through what he would be doing, updating me as he completed each step. The job was completed the same day. I’d highly recommend a boiler install by Matthew and Roastertec he was nothing but helpful from the initial meeting, a great company.

Matt was incredibly knowledgeable from the start, and solved all our problems leading up to the roaster's install date. Would use Matt's services again for sure!

Roastertec recently installed a new Valiant boiler for me. The service was excellent. The engineer filled me confidence and explained in detail how the boiler worked and how to get the best out of my central heating system.
