Quick easy process to customize I’m anxious to see product in “living color “ when it arrives

You need a magnifying glass to read my grandson’s “customized” name on his graduation Christmas ornament. $25!! Completely misrepresented from photos shown. Please do not waste your money with this company.

The preview of this product definitely made it seem to be a boxy house type of ornament and much bigger. What I got was a flat picture of a salon style ornament and much smaller. Although it is still cute, it is definitely not what I was expecting and for sure cost way too much for what it actually is. But you live and learn I suppose when buying off the internet!

I ordered what appeared to be a 3-dimensional "hair salon" ornament but received a flat ornament instead.

While cute, looks nothing like the advertisement and definitely not worth what I paid for it. False advertising at its finest. Very disappointed.

Beware of what country your order is coming from.

I ordered a Christmas ornament that they made appear 3D in the photo. I received a flat, cheap ornament. I never received communication from them until I filed a complaint with PayPal. Buy with a company that you can trust.

It was easy to follow your instructions and the website was pretty simple.

I'm not disappointed...I'm ANGRY! What garbage! The pictures in the catalog are larger than the actual ornaments, keychains and wood carvings! Why ask you to pick details (ski color, names, hair color, clothes) and then make them so small it is impossible to even see the details???
After special discounts, I spent $198 on gifts that I am embarrassed to give to anyone! Total false advertising!

I ordered a class C ornament, but a different plain class c , no color, is what shows on order. NOT THE ONE I ORDERED. I sure hope the correct one gets delivered.

I like it so far as long as product delivers. Sometimes hit or miss with places. Either u get the stuff, get something else or get nothing. I've tried ordering a soundbar at one time never got it from the place. It did sound too good to be true but have it a shot!!! Ordered cool led guitar never got bit got something way smaller ya chopsticks so canceked off card and I did even message they said they sent wrong item ya right big item compared to some stupid little items. Na canceled off card. I've ordered some stuff online shirts through Facebook and got u just never known. I think u guys are legit though but never know right?

I can not wait to see it in person. I bought it for our grand dog and his human family.
