good products and best customer service in person

I recently received Hydration hydrating serum and I have found this to be the product that ties the routine together perfectly for me. I absolutely love this product. I noticed a difference almost immediately, my skin is very dry living in Texas it doesn't help but this serum makes all the difference.
I wish I had more constructive review but for me it's perfect.

The gel moisturizer was light and went on easily. However, I found it to be a bit sticky even after it had soaked in. I much prefer the Moisturizing Cream.

I use the entire Riversol line. My skin looks so good and my sister says I have less wrinkles since I started. I think this is due to hydration. I absolutely love the new serum and I noticed that the fines lines I have are substantially less noticeable when I use it.

I love my original skin care products that I have been using for 5 years . My 4 out of 5 rating is because I was disappointed to see that the new sunscreen is made in the USA.
My last sunscreen from you was made in Canada . I continue to buy your products because they were made in Canada. That was a huge disappointment to see you send production to the States .

Received the new product sampler Hydrating Serum. Love it, makes my skin feel silky smooth all day. I only use it with my morning full routine because I’m not sure if my night time Retinol would work as good if I used the serum.

I do not like that I have to select to a toggle box so that the cost of the premium membership program is not automatically added to my bill each time I order. I should only have to toggle the box if I wish to join the program.

My orders arrive fast, I don’t have to wait!
I love the product (daily moisturizer) it feels so good and dry skin loves it!

The customer service is very helpful and great. If the products are not the right for your skin. they will do the best to find the products for your skin.

Riversol offers good quality products at competitive prices. Their customer service is responsive to emails and it appears that a real person, not A.I., answers questions!

Riversol has tremedously helped my rosacea. Its almost gone. I use the daily cleanser and moisturizer which is very hydrating for my dry skin. Recently I purchased the mineral sunscreen which is light, fluid and gives a nice satiny look without feeling heavy or greasy. I love their products.

I have been a customer for many years. When I made the switch I saw a difference in my skin within 2 weeks. After a month people kept commenting on my skin. I continue to use their products with continued success, this is the first time that I’ve stuck to the same product line for more than 5 years.

Ive been using Riversol for a few years now and there products literally speak for themselves. I started out with the free trial starter pack and was blown away by how my skin looked, I started buying them, ( the serum and daily moisturizer are my favorites)and I've never looked back. It is by far my favorite skin care company and the customer service is 10/10. They also have incredible sales throughout the year which is so nice.

This company has done a great job at helping people each step of the way find what works for them.

I find that the products are great.

The new program I also find helpful so when I need to refill something I have some funds there to help.

And the lids of the pump bottles are much better now. The previous ones always cracked. This is huge for traveling- great change!

One thing tho at Christmas I ordered the redness gift set and actually got two for 1 which was so amazing! But I found that the regular face cream changed a bit, I may be wrong but I seem to go through it faster… and need to use more than before.

Also I ordered the new face sunscreen and it smells funny.! This is a problem for me and I don’t think I will be ordering it again unfortunately. I wish the old one was available still in the tinted. Last time I checked it was gone.
But I will use what I bought and make a change after.

Other than that I am happy with the products and will continue to use them.

I absolutely loved both the serum and the lightweight moisturizer—they worked amazingly well on my skin. The moisturizer, in particular, was perfect under my makeup. It kept my skin feeling smooth and balanced throughout the day, without any oiliness or dryness. My makeup stayed in place beautifully without looking cakey, giving me a natural, flawless finish.

What went wrong this time? I am so disappointed with your Company, that I am thinking of switching to a new product brand. I have had such a terrible experience lately . If you look at my account you will see what I mean.
When I started to use Riversol, I got it within 2 days, without being damaged.
Now It takes over 5 or 6 days. This latest order , all the products in the box were damaged and covered in lotion.
I have been sent the wrong items and the items I have
ordered have been damaged more than once.

I love Riversol products! I’ve been using them for almost a year and now people are starting to ask about my skincare. I’ve had the 15 day free sample sent to my friends and family and several have already started using Riversol. Some complain about the price and I tell them that a little goes a long way and totally worth it. I will be 70 this year and wish I had started using Riversol years ago.
