Very happy with my treatment and the results. I totally trust the doctors at River Aesthetics. They are up to date with the latest products and techniques and do an excellent job at delivering them. I would
definitely recommend them to any of my friends.
I also really like how polite everyone is and how well looked after I am with regards to refreshments, it’s a really nice touch.

Professional & friendly from the moment…
Professional & friendly from the moment I made the initial call to make a consultation / appointment.
The treatments I was interested in were fully described & explained. My consultant, who was an ex GP ( which gave me increased confidence) suggested I do some of my own reading & then make a fully informed decision. I really liked this approach, as I didn’t feel pressurised at all, or at any point feel I was being sold to.
After the treatment, which went extremely smoothly , you’re then booked back in for a follow up appointment to make sure all is fine & you’re happy with the procedure.
I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending River Aesthetics to others

Hydra Facial
I had the hydra facial treatment for the first time with Jessica and I really enjoyed the treatment and experience. I’ve had problems with my skin since I can remember (acne prone/texture issues etc) and this was the first treatment I’ve had where my skin felt so clean and refreshed and continued days after the treatment showing that this isn’t just a quick fix! Really professional and friendly staff and I’ll be visiting again, thank you!

Consultation with Dr Woodward :)
I went to visit Dr Woodward for a consultation today feeling nervous and a little sensitive but can honestly say I came out feeling so happy! Dr Woodward is so professional but also really lovely and personable and I felt better straight away. We talked about the treatments I am interested in having and came up with a treatment plan I am very excited to start! I have never had any kind of aesthetic treatment before but I trust Dr Charlotte 100% and am really looking forward to the results :)

So disappointed ...
So disappointed to find, after calling to make an appointment for a consultation regarding thread lifts, that there is a charge of £50 to discuss options which is non refundable if you decide that treatment is not for you.
In addition the person on the phone making the appointments was so unfriendly. Such a shame, I was very interested in having thread lift but if I’m paying £2,500 I would rather meet and talk through the procedure first.

We do have a deposit policy in place for all bookings. Deposits are taken to secure your ongoing appointments as is standard practice in many clinics. This deposit is then refunded to patients at their final appointment, when there are no other bookings made, or following their consultation if they are unsuitable for treatment.
Before any treatment begins, a consultation to discuss the procedure would take place. We try to offer more than just a quick discussion at your consultation, patients instead get a dedicated 30 minute appointment with the doctor, the chance to talk regarding any concerns and clear recommendations on treatment and product options that we can offer or recommend. This consultation comes at no additional cost when patients proceed with treatment. In circumstances where a patient attends for a consultation with one of our doctors and then decides not to proceed with any treatment when they are suitable, the consultation appointment becomes a charged consultation and we do ask to retain your deposit. This decision has been made to cover the time taken from Dr Manning and Dr Woodward's diaries. We do appreciate your feedback and understand your frustrations surrounding this. However, this is our policy at present and I hope that you can understand that we have made this to enable us to continue to provide a dedicated and personalised service for all patients.
In reference to the person on the phone you spoke with, please be assured this is not how we ask those representing us to come across and we are looking in to this to ensure it is handled.

Couldn't be happier with the results!!
I was delighted with the results and level of patient care carried out by Dr V Manning. The only negative issue I had with my customer journey was that I needed to ask for the consultancy fee to be removed from the treatment cost as advertised as River Aesthetics seemed keen to hold this back until my follow up appointment had been completed. They did however agree to offset this after a quick chat and also gave me a further discount as it was my birthday. So all in all I would absolutley recommend River Aesthetics and will be using them as my go to treatment clinic moving forward.
