Would give zero stars if possible. Great looking website….however very long wait for delivery. When the products arrived all three looked nothing like the pictures online. Made out of cheap plastic and the sizing differed wildly. They didn’t respond to any of my requests for a refund (and still haven’t, three emails later) so I have had to claim the money back through my credit card. Avoid at all costs!

Do NOT BUY the quality is so bad and when you contact them for a refund they ignore you. Ive raiseid a fraud case with my credit card compnay to try and get the money back. This company needs to be shut down asap.

Appalling company. The sandals only arrived once I requested a refund from my credit card company. Absolutely zero contact from the company. The sandals were not as advertised and were very low quality. Silence about returning them.

Top I ordered looked nice online but arrived and was a super cheap material, like fancy dress plastic material! Not to mention took 3 weeks to arrive. Returns is a total joke, I’ve sent multiple emails and no response. Phone number doesn't work. Still not getting anywhere with the return a month later. I should have done more digging as I only later realised that products ship from china. Avoid this company!! Waste of money and environmentally unfriendly. Shouldn’t be trying to front as a quality company, unethical.
The quality is so poor I wouldn’t want to donate it to a charity shop or sell second hand!

TRUSTPILOT, YOU NEED TO GIVE A ZERO STARS OPTION FOR COMPANIES LIKE THIS. I am obviously just one more person in a long line of customers who have been scammed by this company. The 'linen' shorts I bought are not linen at all - terrible quality, cheap fabric, very badly made - and when I emailed about a return I have been continually ignored. I have contacted them 5 times so far. Reading all these other reviews I guess it's time to give up. Their website looks professional but there is nothing to back it up and they are just defrauding customers of their hard earned cash by posting out items that are only fit for using as cleaning rags. Steer well clear!

Yep, total scam. Never received the product I paid for and unable to get hold of customer services.

Scam. Bought £30 shoes they look worth £2. Plastic rubbish. Emailed to return them but haven’t heard back it’s been 2 weeks. Scam website do not order.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I too wish that I had read the previous reviews here before ordering from this company. The linen shorts I ordered are not linen, just a very poor quality polyester type material. The care label has been cut off. I contacted the company using the email address supplied requesting a return but 3 weeks later have had no response. This is definitely a scam! Fit for recycling bin only.

Website is a scam! Do not order from here. Looks professional but clothes are not as described at all and come with no tags or labels. The returns process is a contact form or email which no one responds too!

I can't even give a one star review. I paid £40 for plastic shoes and literally a piece of ribbon that has literally been chopped off and sent to me. I would see these on the side of the street selling for £2. No exaggeration. Do not get fooled by the pix. I wish I could send a picture.

Like everyone else, wish id read the reviews before I bought. Goods took weeks to arrive from China, and when they finally did they were really poor quality. Contacted them to arrange a return and they ignored my messages. Fancy website hiding a con.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Lowest I can give on here is one star but doesn’t deserve that. Ordered some sandals and one pair was ok but need to return the other. Four weeks later and no reply to my emails and stuck with shoes I can’t wear. Shameful! Do not buy from them

The shoes that arrived, were nothing like the advertised item, very poor quality, 3-4 sizes too small....I emailed customer service several times to initiate their returns procedure but received no response. Same with a phone call, no response at all. I believe this is a scam. Do not buy from this company

I ordered a pair of women's loafers, was sent the wrong size, I emailed and they replied asking me to send a photo of the shoes, which I did.
Then nothing. I've emailed twice since and have had zero response.
I just tried calling their number, but it just rang out, then beeped, then went blank.
Despicable 'customer service'.
I'm now left with shoes I don't want and no refund 🤬🤬🤬

Same experience as everyone else. This is the fourth company I’ve bought linen clothes from which turn out to be made of polyester. The items took ages to arrive, had no paperwork attached, were clearly sent direct from China and look nothing like the photos.
The thread is far too thin to be linen, and the weave pattern is stamped on, which would not be the case with a “55% natural linen, 45% soft cotton” fabric, as per the description on the website. This time it’s even worse than the other companies that have scammed me in similar ways: the manufacturers have deliberately cut out the fabric content label from their clothes to conceal the deception. On burning a thread that came off one of the garments, the thread melted instantly, giving the game away. Attempts to contact the company by email, contact form and phone to ask for a refund have so far all been met with silence. I will update my review if the situation changes and I manage to obtain a refund. In the meantime, I strongly urge anyone falling victim to these tactics to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider immediately and not waste any time.

Ordered a pair of size bohemian espadrille size six platform wedges, three weeks later they come packaged in a black bag no reciept and what I can only describe as hideous! absolutely nothing like the pictures and around two sizes too small. Absolutely scammed and from the other reviews can imagine I’ll get no response for a refund. I urge people to read reviews before purchasing from this company and avoid!!! Unless you want to throw money down the toilet!!!
