I ordered 6 bottles… then 30 days later they charged and shipped another 6 bottles. I have been unable to get a response from customer service and cannot log in to my account to cancel this. I’m going to have to go thru my CC company for a refund and to stop allowing them to charge my card.

They start sending you auto shipments a few weeks after you get your first order, which should last you a couple of months. And after you tell them that you don’t want auto shipment, they keep sending you shipments.

I had a question about the dosage, and it was answered by a real person( very important to me) and also I have delayed shipment for a couple months and that also was answered very well and easily. Customer service is great!

Ordered over the website but never got conformation of my order or tracking number in an email. I called credit card company canceled charges and blocked them for future charges. No way to contact customer service.

I had buy 3 get 3 free order and only received 3 and did not receive ebook either. I sent email and have not heard back.

Still waiting for my delivery. It didn't show yet. Thinking this may be a scam

I have been taking my Happy liver pills for about two weeks now and I am full of hives and itching everywhere. What is in these pills that has done this to me? I am asking for a full refund. I went to the reviews to see if anyone else has had this experience. I am very concerned.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

I experienced an adverse reaction after taking this product and immediately contacted Happy Liver. I was told that I would receive a refund and was asked to provide receipts and supporting information, which I did without delay.

More than a month later, I am still waiting. No refund, no meaningful update, and little to no communication despite multiple follow-ups. It feels like once they had all the information they needed, they simply stopped responding.

Making promises to customers and then failing to honour them is completely unacceptable. If a company tells a customer that a refund will be processed, that commitment should be respected. Instead, I have been left chasing them for weeks with nothing to show for it.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company and would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from them.

Very responsive to messages. Great follow up. Confident with this company. Many scams out there so happy with this supplier.

Page was easy to navigate, sale was great and product was top notch, noticeable difference 1st week

I placed a one time order for a six month supply. I took over 3 weeks to arrive. Five days after receiving my order I get an email saying my auto ship is about to go out. I messaged their customer service saying I didn’t want it. The rep asked why I didn’t want it. I explained I didn’t need it and never received another response. Seems pretty shady to set up an auto ship when the customer is placing a one time order. Now I’ve been billed $79.99 for something I had no intention of needing 5 days after I received the first order of 240 pills. I was able to cancel the auto ship but will never order anything ever again from this company if this is the way they do business.

Horrible customer service and several emails with no response or refund. My dr told me not to take and I was trying to take advantage of the 30/60 day money back guarantee and got NO response. There’s also no phone number available to speak to anyone.

They will take your money and keep taking your money and they have junk and they won't answer you back

I ordered May 26, 2026. It is now June 19th and mt ordered still has not arrived. I co tasted ritual labs June 5th and they told me my order had been shipped and there was nothing they could do to cancel. I disputed the charge with my cc company now. Hopif. they can get my refund.

Amazing product

I was promised a refund in writing and Ive returned the product 8 weeks ago and now they won't reply to my refund requests. They replied daily to my emails before this request. Poor service.

I would rate it less if I could. After somehow unbeknownst to you, you will be auto enrolled into a subscription that is impossible to cancel & returns of product are also next to impossible. The return address will have a Miami, Florida address BUT NO ZIP CODE. You can not speak with a human. Emails to them go unanswered. My recommendation is to not ever give them your credit card number.

They came without breaking great! I will let you know if they’re work for me!
