Excellent service from start to finish. Risk Averse were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. The survey report was detailed, easy to understand, and highlighted important issues.

Katie arranged to carry out our Building Survey at short notice, which was very helpful. We were emailed a list of key points a couple of days later. The full survey took a bit longer to arrive due to its size and complexity but it was extremely thorough and detailed. It was laid out very clearly and logically and was easy to read. The traffic light colour coding and table of works needed with estimated costs was very helpful. Vey happy with the service and happy to recommend to others.

Jack was friendly and professional. He was very flexible with appointment times. He had our certificate with us within a couple of hours, or so, of his visit. I'd highly recommend his services.
