Best yoga school in Rishikeah. Good accommodation and food is also good and delicious.

I had a great experience at RTYS . I learned immense amounts about myself, yoga practice, and the world around me. I met friends that I will cherish forever and teachers who have impacted me for life. This school is amazing if you have a goal of being a yoga teacher. Our schedule was rigorous and there was not much down time, but I felt as though this really allowed the program to be immersive. There is also a very nice cafes nearby where students can relax or study between classes while enjoying a juice, smoothie, or coffee. The food served was very good, very clean and healthy. I had great accommodations, I did my training during summerseason, I chose to have air conditioning in my room and experienced zero problems. Overall, I fully recommend doing your 200-hour yoga teacher training at RTYS, I am enormously grateful for my time in Rishikesh.

I just competed my 300h multi style ytt:) I had a wonderful experience at Rishikesh traditional yoga school. The teachers were amazing. The building and rooms were lovely with a wonderful view of the city from the terrace. Management was very friendly and helpful.

There were many activities that were put on to expand our experience such as birthday parties,Kirtana, ceremonies, and celebrations. All were very enjoyable and different experience.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would visit again soon.

I came for the enquiry and my heart said to sign in for the course.i was worried and very scared if I choose the correct school or not.i have done my 200hours ttc couples of year ago.and continued my study for kundalini ttc.rishikesh traditional yoga school made all my expectation and requirements fulfilled.this is the best school located at very beautiful place at world capital of yoga.rooms were so hygienic and yummy food was provided by the school.

I did a 200hrs TTC course here. All the teachers are well experienced and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there and learned a lot of things. In the weekend we used to do yoga by the Ganges. It was a very soulful experience for me. Thanks to all mentors and teachers for giving me the excellent experience.

I have done kundalini yoga ttc and 100 hours yin yoga from RTYS.and I want to do more courses from their.it was such an amazing experience for me.we had one special class of yin in our 200 hour course .and that class had an impact in my mind that I had extended my course and join 10 days program of yin yoga..I was completely astonished because I never heard about this type of yoga and how it effect our body ..and make a balance by working on deep connective tissues...I must say RTYS has to make it 1 or 2 month program of yin yoga..

I m carrying alot with me lots of knowledge,love and amazing life lessons..I m sad that how come I m late to come this yoga school.insted I have done so many yoga courses before..

I came to RTYS in summer for 500 hour(2 months)and worried about the temperature and other things.because I come from very cold place..but from the very first day the lessons we got especially in the opening ceremony where we had fire rituals and mantra chanting,the teacher told us about acceptance and how to overcome the changes..and they tied a thread on our wrist which we call thread of determination. At that very time I took a vow to complete it no matter what happen..and believe me within one months I changed alot I felt more strong more confidence not only physically but also mentally (which makes a difference) .I was very choosy about food but here I liked every food on the table..
Really enjoyed,learned alot..lots of gratitude and love to RTYS.
