Bought a subscription as a Christmas present for a family member. Was so easy to do and they are great at keeping you informed what stage the order is at.
Fantastic coffee and fantastic customer service. Went out of their way to quickly help me with a problem that was absolutely not their fault.
Would highly recommend them and will definitely use again.

This coffee box subscription has been fantastic, everything is perfect. We love the fact it is different roasters across the UK and have loved every box.

Coffee was mediocre at best. I tried to be polite about it but this is the reason I unsubscribed. I unsubscribed following their instructions over one month ago and I just got billed. No way to get in touch with them. Absolute scam.

Absolutely brilliant and the perfect gift for coffee lovers. It's so nice to be able to try so many different things, and lovely to know you're supporting numerous great businesses. Service is always fantastic, I'd recommend to my friends.

Fantastically curated coffee month on month! Can't fault the customer service, either. I've had a few subscriptions but this is leagues ahead of the rest. Price point is fantastic, too!

Customer services (the owners!) are very quick to reply to issues or queries (the only issue I've faced so far is with royal mail).

Found them at Nottingham Coffee Festival last year and haven't looked back! Will continue with them for the foreseeable!

The subscription box was tracked and arrived so quickly. It's also such a great way to try out new coffees and to know that the coffee you're having is ethically sourced. Alice, the founder, is soooo lovely also!!! 100% would recommend

Love the monthly subscription of 2 bags of high quality coffee beans from different producers. The price is also very reasonable compared to other coffee subscription vendors.

I love the variety of the Rise coffee boxes. As my taste and smell recover after nearly three years of Covid, it's a joy to actually appreciate the subtle differences in the various beans. Highly recommend!

I've been using Rise for close to a year and have been enjoying it ! Every month comes from with 2 bags of good quality coffee and a great added little gift (a bottle of oat milk, some vegan spicy mayo, a cereal bar....).
Added bonus the team is really helpful and is quick to answer when you have an issue or question !

So incredibly refreshing to deal with a company where the founders are so involved. I’m a proper coffee snob and have received some seriously quality beans. They’re always very fresh / recently roasted. This is a bit departure with the other companies I’d used share you end up with something 6+ weeks old.

Can’t recommend RISE enough.

Rise have been incredibly helpful in rectifying a mistake of my making. All their responses were quick, helpful and incredibly pleasant. (Apparently the coffee is great too - the subscription was not for me 😊)

The convenience of getting coffee from top roasters from all over the country delivered to your door for a bargain price cannot be beaten. Rise’s customer service is also outstanding- considerate, helpful and thoughtful.

Bought a six month subscription for my husband. We enjoyed reading about the different growers and roasters. The coffee beans are always fresh and arrive on time.

Range of coffees that all come with an information card. Each month we are intrigued by what we will receive.

Had a subscription with grind but it doesn’t compare to rise in terms of cost and quality of coffee. Plus you get a snack thrown in!

I was bought a subscription as a gift. I loved the coffee so have extended the subscription. I look forward to receiving the box each time and the freebies are a bonus too.
The coffee is excellent and have never had one I didn't like.
