Ramiro was so helpful in guiding us through the best hotels and places to visit in Argentina. He was also on hand to help out with any queries we had at any point. Huge kudos and a great help - we had an amazing time!

Ripio Turismo's customer service is simply outstanding from the ease of booking the activities online, the quick confirmation of reservations, the timely response to changes that need to be made, the knowledgeable and friendly tour guides, and the follow up on feedback. I had booked the Fogon Asado experience in Buenos Aires and the Half Day Tour of Iguazu Falls (Brazilian Side) and they both simply exceeded my expectations. I had an exceptional time with both activities and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable service!

Our minitrekking excursion on 10th august went fantastic, great customer service and we had a great experience overall, our tour guide was amazing as she explained everything to us in english, the whole booking process was easy, all questions answered efficiently and tickets and all info was dropped off and ready for us at our hotel, great service and would highly recommend, thank you to Ramiro for the organising

We were very pleased with the job RipioTurismo did for us in Argentina. They were very responsive and quickly solved several problems that could have greatly reduced our enjoyment of the trip. Especially in a period where travel is difficult, with flight delays and cancellations, having their help saved the day.
They were also very knowledgeable and set us up with tours and other services we really enjoyed. In particular, our reservations at Gala Tango were to include a lesson with a performer. When we arrived, they told us it wasn't going to happen. A quick call to RipioTurismo fixed it. Same thing when our flight to Iguazu Falls was late and we decided to extend the trip a second day. We had a fabulous time as a result.

We were very satisfied with RipioTurismo and its local partner for our trip to Peru and Bolivia (May/June 2022). They provide excellent customer service. Magui and Ramiro are great agents at RipioTurismo who have helped us every step of the way.

This was an amazing adventure! We are so happy that we added all the extras to our package. Ramiro, our travel agent, was able to quickly help us reschedule our trip when our flights were cancelled due to weather issues. Junior, our guide, picked us up at the airport in the morning and treated us like VIP's the whole day. He shared many details about the falls that we would have never learned on our own. He also shared many details about birds and plants that we were interested in. We were able to see many different animals as we were leaving the park at the end of the day, as there were less people. Junior was always on the lookout to fulfill our desire to see a toucan. As we were driving out of the park, he spotted a toucan high in the trees for us to see. Junior was a very thoughtful and knowledgeable guide. The falls of course were jaw dropping amazing! So many walkways to see the falls from different angles. Pictures and videos will never show how wonderful this place is. We found the jungle/boat ride tons of fun. We were very happy we brought an extra change of clothes and sandals to wear on the boat ride. You will definitely get wet. This is a must do experience and well worth the money!

Ripio Tours handled my last minute tour to Iguazu Falls very efficiently and providing me with a package that was exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. All the services went very smoothly, the hotel great and so were the guides.

I´ve visited Patagonia last summer and enjoyed our trip. We visited Ushuaia, El Calafate, El Chalten and Torres del Paine, and the tour was organized by Ramiro from RipioTurismo. I had a fantastic time seeing the Argentine side of Iguazu! Everything was coordinated perfectly by Ramiro - I requested this trip very last minute and I didn't have to lift a finger to make any arrangements. They were able to fly me in from Buenos Aires in the morning and get me back the same evening, so I did not have to worry about staying overnight in a hotel.

The guide I had, Paula, was incredibly - so knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. Not only was it a very informative tour, I genuinely enjoyed her company and the wealth of knowledge she was able to share with me.

I also did the Gran Aventura tour (also organized by Ramiro) and it was 100% worth it to get a unique vantage point of the falls.

I would definitely recommend RipioTurismo if you have plans to see Iguazu - don't miss it!

Ramiro was excellent, very responsible and thoughtful. He assisted me planning my journey and all his recommendations were spot on. He was always available to help solve any issues or last minute change of plans.

RipioTurismo did a fantastic job with a trip to Brazil and Argentina! We had very nice accommodations. The transfers to and from the airport we good, especially in Rio de Janeiro. There was an issue with the transfer upon arrival in Buenos Aires, but with the help of another travel agent we met while waiting, the driver arrived and all was good.
The tours were fun, interesting and very educational. The guides were outstanding – Priscylla and Alexandre showed us an awesome time in Rio. They were easy to talk to and shared so much about the culture. Sugar Loaf and Christ, the Redeemer were the quintessential tourist attractions and bigger than life. We added the Carnaval Museum and were blown away! What a great learning experience. Alex went above and beyond – he helped up by transporting us to a COVID clinic for the tests required to enter Argentina. The clinicians didn’t speak English, so Alex provided the translation as well!
At Iguazu Falls, we had Lorena and Carlos for guides. They were very personable, accommodating and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the Grand Adventure boat ride to see the falls from the river. So incredible! We didn’t even mind the “shower” the boat pilot provided us by driving into the falls!
Our guide in Buenos Aires was very good and gave us a very informative city tour. We took in the La Ventana Tango dinner show. It was amazing and well worth the extra money!
All in all, our South American visit was great. TourRadar and RipioTurismo did an excellent job. We would recommend them to our family and friends!

We made our reservation on the site a long time ago for a stay from the 20th of november till the 25th. At our arrival at the airport a guide, Gabriel, and a driver were waiting for us for a short tour of the north part of Buenos-Aires. after transfer in our hotel in Recoleta. Then for the dinner a driver came to pick-up to go to the restaurant La Bisteca in Puerto Madero. It was very nice, good food, a lot of argentinians eating in this place. On wednesday morning Gabriel came at the hotel for a walking tour including the visit of the Cemetery, then we took,our car to join La Boca very famous place in Buenos-Aires. We had lunch in an old poular restaurant called Los Obreros where Gabriel helped us to find the good piece of meat it was delicious. Thursday morning the driver came for our transfer to the airport for our flight to Iguazu Falls, at the arrival a driver was there for the transfer at the Melia Iguazu Falls in the National Park in front of the Falls, very spectacular!!!
At the beginning of the afternoon our guide Goya came to go on the bresilian side of the Falls, we had booked an helicopter tour very empressive and beautiful. After walk on the bresilian getaway to approch the Falls bresilian side, then back to the hotel for a bath in the swimming pool in front of the falls. Friday morning came early 7.45 am to take an early train to be on the getaway of the Devil's throats without to many people abd in fact it was a very good idea!!! Then we had lunch in a Park restaurant, then return to the hotel and the swimming-pool !!!!
Saturday we had to live this splendid area to go back to Buenos-Aires, for the dinner we had a tango show at La Ventana. The dinner was very good and the show very professionnal a very good evening.
Sunday morning a driver came for our last transfer to the International Airport to go back home with a lot of regrets.
We had to thank Carlos Tinca for the very good organization, the guides were excellent, the restaurants and the hotels very well choosen.
