The Rio Amazon Collection includes Pau d'Arco, Maca, Graviola (Soursop), Quebra Pedra, Yerba Mate, Guarana and the award-winning natural and organic vegan skincare range Rio Rosa Mosqueta. The new Rio Health brand was launched in 2020, providing mainly South American botanicals as tinctures, including Cat’s Claw, Manayupa (Burbur) and Stevia. Rio Health is the UK distributor for Silidyn, Green Magma, Best Choice and Epigenar. Package didn't arrive until I queried non-delivery. Apparently one of the items wasn't available in the requested size. So nothing was sent.

Excellent quality products and equally great customer service. A very well deserved 5-stars all round.

Item not available
Item ordering and delivery very easy.
However the item I had previously ordered seems to be unavailable and had been for at least a year.
The item I had to order was less effective as it was from the leaf and not the fruit of the plant.
Not sure why this company keep telling me they are awaiting further supplies when they have not received the original item I ordered for more than a year.
This means that they can't get the item, so please say this.

The website is not good
The website is not good, it takes your money before you realize it and continues to send invoices to your last client. Not ideal I have traded with Rio Trading for several years but since it has changed hands it’s nowhere near as good as it was.

Best cream and eye gel
The Rio Rosa Mosqueta cream is the best I have ever used. It makes the skin soft and supple without a hint of greasiness.
This time I tried also the Hydra Age - Eye Gel. I was looking for a long time for something light and suitable for the sensitive skin around the eyes. This gel is really good. Highly recommend.

Despite me emailing them pictures of the two tubs of product was completely unsatisfied by company's response.and selling products with a very short use by date on them I realise the product is probably safe to continue use but there response was not good
