Order arrived full of loose threads, then replacement sent and delivered to wrong address and refuses to refund and take responsibility for the lost order. Doesn't follow the law regarding distance selling.
Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress from their website. It took 5 weeks to arrive and when it did it looked nothing like what was advertised on the website, not even similar and very cheap quality.
I have been back and forth with “customer service” who like others have said have said I need to send back to China and that cost is about half of what I paid for the dress” they just keep repeating the same lines about their return cost being higher so that they can be sustainable??
I would avoid at all costs clearly complete scammers. They also advertise that their trust pilot review score is excellent which is clearly a lie.
Do not shop here! Name is Riley & Co London and they have no physical store or office in London. Clothes come from China and returns at the purchasers cost to return or you get a 25% refund even when faulty.
I ordered a two piece outfit (top and bottoms). The order took weeks to arrive and then only the top was in the package. I’ve been complaining to customer services for over two weeks asking for a refund and keep being fobbed off with nicely worded but clearly stock answers. The website shows a Trustpilot rating of 4.7 based on 3725 reviews which is clearly a lie as I’ve now found out. Would strongly recommend avoiding!
Avoid at all costs. Absolute scam. Website looks impressive, however the clothing is very poor quality.
Customer service is dreadful especially their so called return policy.
They don’t even follow their own return policy. If you want to return anything, they inform you that you have to send it back to the manufacturer, in china!! The return address on your package when it arrives is obviously their uk home address where they run this sham from. Pay attention to the reviews, don’t buy anything from these con artists.

Despite choosing L which is my usual size, the trousers I bought arrived in children's sizes and of really poor counterfeit quality. When I asked to return the times for a refund I was told I had to sent them China...and pay for the shipping costs, which are obviously very prohibitive (higher than the actual costs of the trousers). An absolute scam since these were shipped to me for free, leading me to believe the company was based in the UK.
Despite multiple email exchanges with the company's customer service (sic) I have not been refunded anything and am now left out of pocket with cheap products that even my kids couldn't wear.
Terrible company. I had to chase my order several times, it arrived 4 weeks after ordering. They dont respond to emails and theres no contact number. Items weren’t as described, very poor quality. I would return them but not convinced I’ll receive the refund given the hassle Ive had. Will never order from this joke of a “company” again. Wouldn’t even give one star.
