The page on personalisations was very clear, including recommendations for which colour strap works best for a personalisation. I've been looking for a good leather camera neck strap and came across Rigu quite by chance. Their black leather (other colours too) camera strap looked good and was well priced.

I was interested in a personlised product, and messaged the team as I'd stumbled across their products at short notice and wanted to ensure it could arrive in time as it was a gift. I received a very prompt response, and I'm pleased to say they went above and beyond to help me out, and I received the gift in plenty of time. Once the strap arrived, I was also really pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the boxing/presentation of the product. Really great gift!
