Emails were clear and a discount was applied to the renewal price as a loyalty extra.

Thank you for taking your feedback. Having reviewed your policy, we can confirm it was cancelled in February, as you did not provide the documents requested.
As part of our validation process, we requested a copy of the V5 document, proof of no claims, copies of all drivers' licences and a utility bill. This was requested by phone and in writing on 20th January 2026, with confirmation that the documents needed to be received within 7 days or a formal cancellation notice would be issued. That notice was issued and emailed to you on 27th January 2026. We then called and left a message on 28th January 2026, advising that your policy would be cancelled on 3rd February.
As we did not receive the documents, the policy was cancelled in line with our Terms and Conditions. Any outstanding premium was charged accordingly, and the remaining balance was refunded to your card.

My renewal call was answered within 15 seconds, security questions dealt with quickly, no changes needed so moved directly to payment, again quick and efficient. Rang off and received full details and documentation by email within minutes. Perfect!
