Do not touch this company, I had my solar panels fitted in April. Once they’ve got your money they are not interested. Their communication skills are the worst I’ve tried contacting them many times to no avail it’s now August and I still haven’t received my DNO on contacting northern grid the wrong forms were submitted in May the company was informed but since up to last week they’ve done nothing. I’ve tried leaving messages for them to get back to me. Again I’ve heard nothing

I had a great experience with Right NRG. From start to finish, everyone I've dealt with has been professional and courteous. Everything was explained to me clearly and all my questions were answered. From my initial contact with the company to the completion of my solar panel installation only took about 3 weeks. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

I belive that opinions should be honest, thats why all good experience should be rewarded and bad experience should be named and canno be forget. Laura is great customer support and highly recomend to contact her in case of any issue if you dont want to be ignored.

After installation, I had a small query and reached out via WhatsApp. The response was quick and helpful. It’s nice having multiple support options. The system itself has been running smoothly with no issues since.

I was really impressed with the follow-up from Right NRG and especially with the honesty shown about the initial design not being the best fit for my needs. Instead of just pushing ahead, they took the time to re-look at everything and helped me find a more suitable option that I now feel much more confident about. I really appreciate all the effort and patience shown throughout the process, especially from Ryan, who kept reminding me "you're only going to do it once, so let's get it right"

Really happy with Right NRG. The German panels look high quality and you can see the difference compared to others nearby. Performance has been good so far and the installation is very neat with all cabling hidden

Right NRG upgraded my 10-year-old solar system with a new inverter and battery and the difference has been fantastic. I'm saving more on my bills, making better use of my solar power and I still keep my original feed-in tariff. Highly recommended

The whole experience was much easier than I expected. From the initial enquiry to installation, everything felt organised and straightforward. I decided to go with Q Cells German panels after doing some research and I’m happy with how they’re performing so far. The Energy Hub is also very useful for keeping track of everything.

Beware all the bad reviews are getting removed. This company came to my home on the 9th May 2. They wasting 2+ hours of my life to give me absurd figures. Honestly save your money.

Installation team were brilliant,Ben and Greg went out there way to make the install process brilliant.

They even fixed two broken ridge tiles for me.

This was a great company to work with, everything went off without a hitch. The sales team was great talked us through all of our options. The install team did everything they could to keep us informed while they upgraded us to an electric self sufficient household. From calling them, booking in with he sales team and the install team arriving this was an easy company to supply the panels we’ve wanted for a while.
