Ended up worse off financially after claim
Got a refund through RIFT and then days later HMRC changed my tax code meaning I was £120 worse off a month and then said I owed over £500 in underpaid tax. RIFT Customer service weren't interested once they got their money in trying to reply to me to explain to me why I left in this position.
