I have used this company couple of times now and had the same problem each time. First time I was charged 3 times for one order, I received 1 overpayment back but not the second and to this date have still not received it. I did email them and was told to gove it a couple of days. After 3 days i emailed them again but received no reply. The second time stupidly thinking that maybe it was a glitch on the site and hopefully fixed, I decided to try again. This time they took 2 payments and admittedly returned the overpayment immediately, I emailed them to ask could they please fix the site but have heard nothing from them. I have stated to them that I will not buy from them until it is fixed and could they acknowledge my issue, but a month on and i have no contact from them.
This is a shame as I prefer their product to other sources ive used and I would like to stress that their product is excellent, I am just afraid that if I keep using them, there will be more incidents where I dont receive the overpayment back like the first time I used them.

Purchasing an incubator from here was a stressful experience.
They took too long to reply, too many different staff answering questions with contradictory information. I never knew who I was in contact with making it very confusing. They don’t take phone calls but a quick call could have solved many issues.
I was hoping to purchase more incubators in the future but instead I’m looking elsewhere as I don’t want a repeat of the
stress.

Used Ridgeway for the first time due to my local shop being out of stock. I had to message a query before purchase, it was weekend and they were very speedy replying. The delivery arrived today, extremely well packaged and the contents were still completely frozen, they look to be really good quality as well. I won't be going back to the local shop in future, Ridgeway is excellent.
