You can’t try most games in demo without registering and depositing, which defeats the idea of testing. I like to check volatility before spending money, so this is a big minus for me.

Too many similar promos

I asked about setting stricter limits because I felt I was losing control a bit. They just sent me a generic link to a FAQ instead of actually helping me set anything up. Not very reassuring if you worry about your gambling.
Overcomplicated blackjack rules
Their version of blackjack has odd side bets and rules I’m not used to. Payouts feel worse than standard, but you wouldn’t know without diving into fine print. I prefer more straightforward tables.
No fun, just stress
Maybe I picked a bad night, but everything felt off. Games freezing, balance updating late, bonus popups covering buttons, and constant logouts. Hard to enjoy anything when you’re just waiting for the next problem to happen.
