terrible product, they do not support, my scooter has already broken and they do not give warranty, I tried to contact them and they will not respond

Had to wait about five weeks for delivery. 🙁

I was very excited to get my model T pro and it delivered on my excitement. I've been riding it around for fun all of this week! Great product and amazing customer service.

This is a fantastic scooter!! Very sturdy and self explanatory to use. Customer Service are great at keeping us updated on expected delivery, and we can’t fault that!!

So I've had the model t for almost 2 months and it is better than expected, ultra reliable and extremely rugged. On and off curbs, it will cruise at 30km no problem and the versatility off removable batteries 5 stars

I would give more stars if you're goods had arrived. Apparently logistics issues is the problem. However your communications are non existent and your contact to check where the goods are is dire. All in all pathetic

My modal T is the first electric scooter that I have brought or ridden and I'm so happy with it!
I honestly can not believe how fast it is. I'm a 12stone 6ft tall bloke and I've had 19mph on a flat lol.
Really well made . Abi is amazing so helpful before during and after the sale.
Also the only scooter I found with a safety rating for water.

I have had been using my scooter most days now for 8 weeks. Still love it!
I have used it in the rain with no problems. I've used it in really strong winds with no problems. My ride to work is 2.2 miles which I do 10 minutes and I can get there and back on 1 battery with a little to spare. I get between 5 and 6 miles at full speed out of 1 battery. It deals well with hills. For the price of this scooter I still thing I got a great bargain! It does everything I need it to do.

Bit bigger than I thought but much more powerful than electric scooter it replaces. I know it’s only legal on private land. I do ride on pavements around my village but get off if anyone walking. No one has objected. I hope government wakes up to this new personal transport option

The staff at this UK based company have been so helpful, answering any questions I had both before purchasing and after. The delivery was fast and I got a 2nd battery, and a pump thrown in.
The scooter was 95% assembled and took just 2 minutes to finish off. After charging the battery I was off, turning the speed up to full, this thing really flies and you soon notice the advantage of the 700w motor.
In weight 14 stone and the Elka accelerates up hill!! The 2nd battery is useful, although the main advantage of a removable battery is as technology moves on with batteries it's easy to swap out.
I love everything about this scooter, perhaps the only improvement would be 2 wheel drive but at this price the Elka is the bargain of the century.

Just bought your latest model and I must say I love how smooth the ride is and perfect for me which I was not sure it would as I am slightly elder than most! lol Thanks and will buy again for sure :)

So I purchased Elka latest model the ‘T’ As I have had a few different electric scooters in the past, all have been badly made and last a matter of weeks (hours in one model) Before breaking or something falling off.....NOT THE CASE HERE!!

strong sturdy design, puncture proof tires (a must) great top speed even with me riding it (I’m. 17stone). So all and all....HIGHLY RECOMMEND this scooter! The best of the bunch by miles

How to put into words how great my Elka scooter is! The design is smart and modern, the cruise control is a great feature and it even has a brilliant headlight for evening drives. It’s totally easy to use and pretty instinctive in how you pack it down etc. I was pleasantly surprised by the speeds you can get to and it’s so quiet when it runs. It looks and feels like such high quality- any of my friends who have seen/tried it estimated that it was way more expensive than it is. I also had a few questions about it and the elka team were quick to respond and really helpful. Thanks guys!

Bought this based on an online review and have been using it for my last mile to work. It's swift on flat surfaces and will get up hills, although does slow down slightly. I sometimes take my partner on it at the same time on holiday, so weight is not an issue.

High quality build, headlight is even bright enough when it gets dark. For the money, it's pretty incredible..

Great product - great service

The scooter is well made and packaged. It rides really well and is very easy to use. The team are receptive to contact and have always been available for questions. In summary there are many different scooter options out there and they all have similar features available - Elka want to stand out with customer service and so are nailing their USP.

I am having a lot of fun with it. Elka are great to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic scooters and incredible team. Super helpful! Sold my car because of it! The perfect solution for inner city transportation, quicker and more reliable than public transport.
