I used Ridebooker for transport to Whistler and back to Vancouver. Driver was on time and courteous. Would highly recommend this company for reliable transportation.

We booked a large vehicle transfer to drive our family from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort to Calgary Airport (a 3 hour drive). The booking process and price were great.
Unfortunately, our transfer was a no show. After various phone calls, it turns out that the transfer company Ridebooker had used for us had booked the incorrect date (we were obviously not aware as our reminder email from Ridebooker had the correct date). This caused great stress as we scrambled to find a local alternative to get us to the airport - our flight from Calgary was connecting with our international flight home.
Our key takeaway from this experience:
Call or email the actual transfer company Ridebooker has used and double check all details are correct. Don't rely on Ridebookers' confirmation.
Ridebooker should double check details with all the transfer companies they use to ensure details align.
One star is given because Ridebooker did follow up with us and provided us with a full refund.

There was clear communication throughout the booking process and pickup. The ride was comfortable.

Douglas was fantastic, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable for last minute near midnight pick-up due to significant flight delay necessitating change of plans for Whistler trip.

Great service and quality. William our allocated driver was excellent. He was waiting for us on time and as agreed. Great quality of vehicle and service. Expectations met and exceeded.

Honestly, in Toronto they do not have an office where they operate from. The bus stop on the street and leaves . You can not even identify their bus especially in Toronto where there are many buses on the street. No one to direct you to the bus you are boarding. I lost money because of that. I didn't even how the bus look like and I was told the bus left. They do not have people you can contact immediately when you miss your bus.
One funny thing is the policy of no refund tells that they are not into services for customers but money only.
Anyway I learned a lot from them.
Book it and I wish you the best . Maybe I was not lucky. Can you imagine even at the address they send you they are not even known by the security guarding the building. In Toronto if you asked about busbud everybody says "no" they do not know the agency.

We booked a shuttle from Bellingham to Vancouver Cruise Terminal. We were assured that it would work for our cruise departure time. We called the day of the shuttle to ensure it was working. Quick Shuttle assured us it would be there on time. It was late. Then they said it would be 20 minutes late...then 40 minutes...then 2 hours and they couldn't get us to the port terminal on time. We were not able to board our cruise. What was the shuttle response? Too bad. No apology, no refund, ---just rude and snarky responses. Airport personnel said that the shuttle is usually late (but that this was one of those excessively late incidences). There was an accident on the freeway, but other shuttles were able to get around it. The shuttle arrived packed with people and not enough room, the driver said, for our luggage. It was ridiculous. Buyer beware. This is not a reliable option.

I contacted the company before I booked there service to make sure that it was operating and then after getting this confirmed I went on with the booking. Two days later they canceled my booking and now I have no way of getting to the place I'm going where I already spent money on a connecting train.

The company should really look in to their communication!! Several hundreds of dollars lost, or I need to change everything in my schedule leave a day early and spend a night at a hotel (also lots of lost money) THANKS!!

Booking was easy and convenient. The drivers were on time. The vehicles were clean and seemed well maintained. Excellent experience.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company. They are exploiting customers impacted by COVID-19 and charging fees for cancellations beyond our control. We asked for a credit rather than a full cancellation and their response was "due to the number of cancellations these are no longer extenuating circumstances." You read that right - a global pandemic is not an extenuating circumstance. We were not asking for our money back, we were simply asking to use the money we already paid for a future reservation. My family was going to use Ridebooker from the airport to Vail Resorts March 18-22. We found out on March 14th that the CEO of Vail Resorts decided to suspend all activity. We contacted Ridebooker immediately to review our options and this company was completely unaccommodating in a time of global unrest. DO NOT USE.

Shuttle was on time. Clean and comfortable. Driver was friendly, polite and professional. A very safe driver provided a smooth speedy ride. I will definitely use the service again and have no hesitation recommending the service.
