Finance Dpt get you to signed higher price, up to 10k over from the initial deal, that is HORRIBLE, when I found out by mail the price to pay to bank, Rick case finance said there is nothing to do. Be aware of this before sign.

Horrible customer service especially in the parts department! on Friday August 1st 2025 I walked into bookcase with the intention of 023 Honda Accord. When I walked up to the counter there were people behind the counter and not one was willing to even acknowledge me! Instead they just continued doing anything to look too busy to even ask what I needed! I'm appalled and I would not go there if they were the only Honda Dealer in South Florida!
I've had multiple bad experience with Rick Case service department parts department in car sales and anything else to do with them. I recommended just stay away.

Didn't live up to their word - very disappointed with their service!!

Frank Parlante was great as always! This is my 3rd lease with him and I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from him which is why I keep coming back to Rick Case. Frank is very personable each and every time. Im excited about my new honda accord and look forward to doing more business in the future.

I have been receiving excellent service from all the staff at Rick Case Honda since I purchased my vehicle there in 2010. I only trust them with my car and I have not had any issues with my vehicle for the past 13 years. Every service advisor and mechanic I have come in contact with provide me with excellent service. I recently went to Rick Case Honda for service. Ms. Ana was my service advisor. She is super nice, personable a true expert in her field of work and a true professional. She keeps me informed and updates me frequently on the status of my vehicle. I truly recommend Rick Case Honda for all your vehicle needs from purchase to finance and service. A LOT of questions and they always answer with a smile, no matter what!! I never ever feel rushed. I also want to add that I am never forced or pressured to do any service on my vehicle, I’m given the information and it’s my decision. I ask questions to get informed and suggestions are made because I ask for them, but ultimately the decision is mine. That’s very important. My advisors are not about the sale. Great customer service is their priority. We’ve been customers for years and we don’t plan on going anywhere else. I’m sure without a doubt these two women keep Express in check!! This place has no customer service we did a lease buy out at Weston store buy out on car according to contract buy out was 15800 when we were done it blew up to 18200 no explanation given of extra charges so wrong on so many levels stay away from Rick case dealerships they will rob you shame on u RITA CASE terrible place ever since Rick case died no service what so ever stay far away

Went to replace used cars found a car I liked and would bring my son back tomorrow and the manager offered to hold at me with no money. I got a call the next day saying they sold it buyer beware do not buy a car from Rick Case as they are deceptive and liars. They are rude, inconsiderate, and can’t be trusted, I hope Rita, Ryan, and their daughter are reading. This I repeat, do not buy a car from Rick case. even by Roy and Management. Ended up buying a car from AutoNation Honda. Paid less got a better deal and was shown some respect Rick case would be ashamed of you, Ray for your deceptive ways and fortifications. Buyer beware, Van Lasner.

The customer service person was quite knowledgeable and was very interested in resolving the issue ASAP.

The reason I went to service my car was because the key chain battery was super low and oil change. After almost 3 hours for an oil change I leave, they reset the notification that the battery was low and they never changed the battery in my key chain!!!! Now have a 4 hour road trip for work and I have no time to go back. I dont understand why would they missed that?

Anderson Asprilla @ Rick Case very dishonest. Charged me additional $35 for diagnosis test after quoting $200 because I refused to pay $1200 for a Starter for my 2012 Honda Civic. This Service Department is inconsistent with pricing & diagnostics of vehicles. Every time I go there I get a different diagnosis for the same problem depending on which service advisor is there. Because of my own going problems, there I requested to speak to the service manager, Mr. Warshefski; however I always get some Assistant Manager, very in compassionate & unprofessional to customers. I have never asked for any special favoritism only to be fair and consistent with prices but unfortunately, several of the service representatives want a minimal amount of money for every customer that enters this facility, and they are taking advantage of seniors and vulnerable females, who just want to service and maintain, the upkeep of our vehicles.
I was told by the assistant service manager and Mr. Anderson Asprilla that I would have to pay $200 for a diagnostics test and if I paid for the service that amount would be way because I refuse to pay that absurd amount for a allegedly needed starter motor, he insisted I pay $235 for diagnostics & parts, labor which did not apply considering I did not receive any parts and labor was the diagnostic for $200 which was quoted by the manager and the service technician. He was rude and disrespectful in front of many other customers when I question why I should pay more than the $200 that I agreed! The more I go there the worst the service is. Last year I went there to check my battery and they told me it needed to be replaced and tested bad when they quoted me the outrageous price. I went home and called AAA to replace my battery, and when they arrived at my residence they told me I do not need a battery. It was exactly 12 months later before I needed a battery replacement which I did receive from Rick Case Honda on December 14, 2022 today on February 15, 2023. I called them explain that my battery is acting up and the car is starting intermittent they told me to bring it in And clean the battery tested good but they would have to charge me $200 to diagnose the problem which turned out to be the $1200 starter and since I was not at liberty to do that they decided the $200 diagnosis would be $235 which I insist it was unfair but was treated unfairly and humiliated! I understand the prices have increased with everything, but the unnecessarily, strong arm & demand for unnecessary services is embarrassing at this facility!

We researched online first, and with the help of Janet Rivera, who took the time to explain certain details via email, we asked her to schedule an appointment.

Once we got to Rick Case, the salesman, Adam Erdmann, was very patient and helpful. Finally, the Finance individual, Darío, was very kind.

We particularly liked that at no point we were pressured into paying more or buying a more expensive vehicle. As long as the staff continues to appreciate their repeat customers, like us, we will keep coming back. : )

Salesman was very easy to deal with and went out of way to sell us a car
