Eddy and Zoe have been fantastic from start to finish. From the initial survey, it was clear that Eddy had a real eye for detail and design. He offered excellent advice on the ideas we had, while still making sure the final decisions were ours.

We purchased our own bathroom suites from an online retailer (Drench), and Eddy took the time to review the quote to ensure we had everything we needed. He also assessed the products for quality and recommended alternatives where better options were available, but we never felt under any pressure to change our minds.

Communication from both Eddy and Zoe has been excellent throughout. The work started promptly and, despite taking place during a heatwave, Eddy kept everything moving without delay — helped along by plenty of tea and coffee! We felt informed throughout both projects. Although no unexpected additional work was needed, Eddy still ran any decisions past us and was very accommodating with small alterations, such as tap placement and basin height.

The finished ensuite and family bathroom have been completed to a very high standard. Eddy is clearly a perfectionist and takes real pride in every stage of the work, from first fix and second fix through to tiling and sealing. We are absolutely thrilled with the results.

An added benefit is that Eddy is able to manage the additional trades needed. In our case, electrical work was also required, and this was handled seamlessly.

In the home, Eddy is polite, professional and considerate. With a young family, it was lovely that he was friendly and chatty with the children, but most importantly, at the end of each day our home was left tidy and orderly.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Eddy and Zoe to anyone considering a bathroom project or plumbing work. We are delighted with the work and look forward to Eddy returning in September for our family bathroom rennovation.

Ed and Zoe were amazing from start to finish! We’re really happy with the our bathroom and the attention to detail has been second to none. Not just that, but Ed walked us through the process really professionally, always giving good advice and dealing with unexpected setbacks quickly and calmly. We first met Eddy when he was involved in the alterations to our bathroom. We were very impressed by Eddy's workmanship and attention to detail.
Having then moved, we decided that both the bathroom and en-suite at our new home required complete renovation. We contacted Eddy who inspected the old installations, advised and agreed changes that could be made to improve the layouts. The price quoted for both jobs was satisfactory and the works were carried out to an excellent standard in a thoroughly neat, tidy and professional manner.

Eddy completely renovated our downstairs WC and upstairs bathroom to an excellent level. Communication was always clear, turned up exactly when he said he would and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. We’ve just had a new bathroom fitted by Richardson Bathrooms and i can’t recommend them highly enough. They were so helpful in every step of the process and really friendly and professional to work with.

Highly recommend Eddy - he did a great job replacing my bathroom. Bathroom was finished to a really high standard, Eddy communicated what was going on really well, and did an amazing job with the tiling. Eddy did everything from ripping out the old bathroom, to replacing the bathroom suite, flooring and tiling - coordinated with other trades for electrics/plastering so I didn't have to and so everything ran smoothly. Eddy is a genuinely nice guy, and tidied up as he went along!

Eddy has done a brilliant job in refitting our shower room and undertaking all the plumbing work involved in the installation of our new kitchen. Eddy is a trusted professional with an eye for detail and we have really appreciated his ideas and enthusiasm as he transformed our shower room to such a high standard. As well as being competent in his profession, Eddy is a genuine friendly person and it’s been a pleasure to have him doing the work he has done for us so far.

We found out straight away, that Eddy was the man for the job! From the initial bathroom site visit, to the finishing touches, he was here everyday at the time he said he would be, and didn't stop.

What a fantastic job Eddy did putting in our new bathroom. From start to finish, came on time to price up, gave valued advice re what was possible with the design of it, and kept us updated with expected date of installation. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. We are so pleased with the result. We will certainly be using Eddy again for our next project.

Im not one for leaving reviews, but Richardson Bathrooms did such a great job i feel i have too!

Aside from picking the style i didnt want much involvement with work being very busy etc. Eddie did absolutely everything - the rip out, bathroom installation, tiling, flooring and even built a stud wall to help hide some pipe work.

The quality was great too, i would highly recommend!
