I paid this company to file my accounts, yet they filed my company as dormant. Despite countless emails back and forth, the issue remains unresolved, and I’m left feeling like they’ve simply taken my money. I have a full email trail and am prepared to take this to small claims court if necessary. I reached out again today, and they must respond. If anyone else has faced similar issues, I’d encourage you to report them to ACCA if they’re regulated.

It’s unacceptable for a company to take payments, file incorrect accounts, and then mislead clients by claiming they've resolved it. Rizwan was my assigned accountant, and his mishandling of my accounts and lack of communication was beyond frustrating. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that I’m not alone in this experience.

Sadly, I wouldn't be surprised if they try to cover up negative reviews with a flood of five-star rating

Ive used this Company for a couple of years now and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. All the people I have dealt with are professional and if I have had questions they have been answered without delay. Im mystified at some of the negative feedback as this is far from my experience. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend (my experience is limited to reconciliation of accounts, preparing final year end accounts for Limited Co and filing of CT600 to HMRC)

I’ve been with this accountant for about 3 years, initially I had no idea how poor the service was for the cost. I’m currently looking around for another.

From my experience, I found this firm, poor with its communication, constant website interface change that make it confusing to use if you’re not tech savy and used to the old interface, you’re dealing with multiple admins, there is no personal touch. Ask a question and you’ll get a one liner 😂 I’m not joking. I’m confused why there are so many good reviews, but perhaps it’s just from my experience.

It started off good enough for the first year but after that, new management and general lack of advice (which I find crucial in accountancy) and attention. General feeling of indifference from every email/staff member.

- No advise
- multiple emails requesting things that I’ve already done.
- lack of general information given even when requested.

One star for doing taxes, would have got 2 if generally good advice was given, especially when asked.

I’m very happy with the service this team provides. Just couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing to much to ask and always fast response times. Contact them today, you won’t regret.

Perfect accountants for a micro-business in the UK.
Super responsive, timely and helpful. Answered additional queries very promptly and did a massive help in supporting our filing of our first accounts and corporation tax requirements. Would 100% recommend for any other small and micro-businesses in the UK.

They will stop replying to your emails, all of a sudden and with no explanation. Assuming this Richard guy exists, you will only be in touch with him (via email) a couple of times during the preliminary on-boarding process - that's until you sign a digital contract.
Any communication will be reduced to a minimum after this, you will be given access to an online platform to upload your documents, which theoretically should simplify some procedures.
You will soon realise that if they don't want to work for you, they won't even bother letting you know.

They'll just ghost you.

On the bright side: you don't have to spend a penny to find out...
