Ordered my plants on 30/03, with a despatch date of 15 April. To date, no plants, no comms. Only when I emailed to chase did I get told that the plants need 7-10 days more. Really? That's your idea of customer service, especially with a brand new customer? You've bombarded me with unsolicited emails but you don't have the courtesy to inform me of delays?

I placed an advanced order via QVC with item to come directly from Richard Jackson Garden. When delivery time arrived, QVC were notified by Richard Jackson that it had been sent and I was consequently charged by QVC. However, Richard Jackson Gardens NEVER sent the items! there was no proof of despatch, tracking or courier information and nothing arrived! I emailed them directly and they just ignored the emails! QVC started their own investigation but this as always with QVC can take weeks to complete and the customer can do nothing to get their money back!

My advice would be don't risk your money, dont buy anything on QVC that comes direct from supplier or you can get scammed too!

Tried to order and had problems with website ordering so emailed them with screenshot of problem.

LOL. You can see they take customer service seriously....NOT.

Be very careful when ordering as Product sizes are obscure and hidden in small print.
Equally as good products at twice the size can be found for less

Richard Jacksons Garden is a honest and friendly company with some excellent quality products.

It was a very difficult situation with a product which I disputed. Wrongly as it turned out.
Richard Jacksons treated me with the exemplary consideration. Wish all company's were like R.Js.

Have just put this moss treatment on my rear grass to remove the moss that has built up over the winter. Have used the grass feed last year and that worked very well so hope this is the same. Delivery was reasonably quick and well packed.

My order was delivered earlier than I thought.
