On the property management side they are super responsive to me and my tenant. They give professional and balanced advice on market changes balancing the interests of the landlord and tenant so I have a happy tenant. They are also proactive and just sort things out including a periodic check to make sure the property is in good order and doesn't need anything. I have been very happy with them for years.

I rented with Rhubarb from September 2022 - 2023.

They where very receptive to any issues identified when I first moved into my apartment and arranged maintenance quickly and at a convenient time.

I was stuck in limbo for several months as the apartment was being brought by a commercial entity but it had yet to be completed. There was a lack of communication on potential rent increases and despite being told I’d receive a call I received no communications until I made the decision to end the tenancy due to the uncertainty surrounding prices and deciding to buy a house.

Rhiannan is a credit to the company and has always responded to any questions promptly and has been very helpful which moved my score from a 3 to a 4.

Compared to other people’s horror story’s about letting agents I’ve had a much better experience than some and received my full deposit back which I was very happy to receive.
