Purtroppo c'è stata una discrepanza nello stock visibile online, per cui in realtà il prodotto non era effettivamente disponibile in magazzino. Procediamo con il rimborso, come comunicato tramite mail. Abbiamo risposto entro 1 giorno lavorativo.

Unprofessional
You assure us our purchase will be in 2 weeks, we accept there could be any inconvinience but it has past double the time. Also you ask about your service even when the devices has not arrived and we are still waiting. The support was inefficient and unproffesional by needing more than 5 mails for 1 response.

We are sorry that this delay occurred. Unfortunately, the goods arrived from the supplier with a 2-week delay, probably also due to the congestion of the couriers due to the pre-Christmas period.
We, on our side, encoded 1000 tags in 1 working day and shipped the goods immediately. The shipment to you has accumulated a further delay.
We are sorry, we did our best, but unfortunately there were some unforeseen events during the delivery of the material. Usually this does not happen.
To be honest, double checking, we have answered all your emails in a reasonable time. While we were waiting to receive the goods, unfortunately there were times when the courier itself, despite our reminders, did not provide the estimated date of arrival, so we were not in the objective position to provide more information.
