Solid product with good support and a fee model based on volume of sales (pay for what you use).

Rezgo has been a great partner for our business model, their customer service is very professional and they always respond to our questions in a timely manner.

Rezgo is a great system but the only drawback that I see using the system is the cart features repetitiously entering all the personal client information multiple times when you should be able to robust enter one time and continue to add into cart more products that's what I like to see change to be more systematic approach

Rezgo has allowed my business to be flexible and efficient. Most of my business is run on the go, and Rezgo is cruical for making it work. I can take and manage bookings anywhere, anytime, and have greatly expanded my reach of customers.

I did a lot of research when choosing a booking platform, and the customer service I experienced upon starting up really made things easy. I had a lot of questions and was able to speak 1 on 1 with a representative. When I called back I would always get the same person, so service was always fast and super friendly!

The software is easy to use and really aids in organizing everything with my business.I still don't think I am using all the features, but everything works great!

I am paying Google Adwords and successfully driving traffic to my site at tailoredtours.rezgo.com. I have had a handful of bookings since I set my site up. Hundreds of people have viewed it but 99% have bounced. Two problems; first is that Rezgo isn't providing for tiered dollar amount deposits so I have to direct people to the additional information section to walk them through how to book with dollar amount deposits when they are in a group that not only consists of adults but also children, students, seniors and military. Second is that I have 5 pages of tours listed and if somebody wants to see 'more details' and read about a tour on page 2, 3, 4 or 5, then after they are finished reading more the only option for them is to return to the Home page in which case they have to begin all over scrolling from the first tour. Since the 'more details' button does not open into a new tab I hired a designer to design for me a whole new website at Wix just to accommodate for people wishing to pick up where they left off in their tour browsing without needing to take it from the top.

I enjoy the way Rezgo is easy to use and allows me to add and change details without any fuss.

It works well on desk top and mobile which is perfect as I can update tour details from anywhere.

I would really like Rezgo to create a way for all the tours in my listing to be displayed as a calendar block, so that the guest can click on a particular date and see all the tour options available.

Excellent service, great platform and support. I would advice the Rezgo service to anyone.

We are a small tourism business based in Brisbane Australia. Rezgo has been a very easy to use booking system for our business. We have found many extra features, staff quick to respond to any queries and affordable monthly fees.

I really like the system, it's versatile and powerful. Be careful only with test reservations, as they will also be charged if you do not cancel before the billing period.

I find Rezgo easy to use. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Easy to use and convenient.

Generically a very good service, easy to understand and to setup. But i'd like to see a translation/multilingual capacity. When adressing the tours and activities sector it is extremely important to be able to speak to people in their own language and while it may seem an overload of work to write in several languages, an automatic translation capacity into the 4 or 5 most common languages where you could change the texts when you're not happy with the translation or just leave them could be a killer feature.

I would highly recommend Rezgo to any business for online ticket sales. Easy to set up and user friendly. Customer service very quick to respond to any queries.

It seems easy enough to use in my limited experience, but I am not happy with the way the programs get ordered on the community SurfGroms website. I am not sure if it is a limit of RezGo or perhaps our site administrators but I find it very frustrating.

Once you spend the time to learn the ropes, you'll never look back.
