This is the 2nd product I've ordered from the company. Both of my ice packs really help with pain management. They stay in the place they're supposed to and arrived in a timely manner.

Happy do not have to use arthritic pain medicine on my hands!
Happy I do not have to use arthritic cream medicines on my hands! Being on warfarin blood thinner medicine, using these arthritic cream medicines on skin cracked hands or damaged hands can leach into the body and change the INR. Love the feature that you can clean the gloves wonderful experience!

Very bad experience. Do not trust them
The item (knee sleeve) was not satisfactory for me. It doesn't not stay in place.
I sent back the item and they gave me a wrong address, Post Canada is sending me back the parcel.
They don't want to give you back your money if you are not satisfy with it. The 60 days reimbursement means nothing to them.

Empty Delivery Package…
I received the package very late past the delivery date. When my package arrived from revixcare, it was empty. The packaging was all there with the correct address, but it was lacking any product. I will order from Amazon as a rule now. I am still thinking of my options with your fraudulent actions. T. A. Harrington
I may owe you an apology. Upon closer examination, I found a v shape zig zag tear in the middle of the shipping package. It is quite possible that you shipped the appropriate item and it was lost somewhere along the way. T.A. Harrington

After reviewing your order, we confirmed that it was shipped on the same day it was placed (May 22) and delivered on May 29. While this was within our stated delivery timeframe, we understand the delivery took longer than our typical experience, as most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. The transit period also included the Memorial Day holiday weekend, which may have contributed to minor carrier delays.
However, our primary concern is your report of receiving an empty package. We completely understand your frustration, and we want to be clear that this was never intentional. This appears to have been an isolated fulfillment or transit issue, and it does not reflect the standards we strive to uphold.
As soon as we were notified, we arranged a replacement shipment using expedited shipping at no additional cost. We are also investigating the matter with our warehouse team to understand exactly what happened and prevent similar situations in the future.

Easy to order and shipping was timely. Hand/wrist gel pack works as advertised. Product seems durable but time will tell.

Easy On and Oh so Cold
The ice pack is easy to put on and gets really, really cold. We tried the more elaborate pumping cold water system and put it in the corner. The Revix band is simpler and better.

For optimal cooling performance, we generally recommend placing the gel packs in the freezer for at least 4 hours (or longer if possible) before use. The product is designed to provide a comfortable cold therapy experience while remaining flexible and wearable, which may feel different from direct ice application. Depending on freezer temperature and outdoor Temperature, the cooling performance can vary.
That said, we understand that cooling preferences can vary from person to person, and we appreciate your honest feedback. If you'd be willing to share more details about your experience, we'd be happy to see if we can help improve it.
