The returns process is a scam. They don't include a returns form in the packaging to reduce waste. But if you need to return shoes from two differents orders you need to PAY FOR AND PRINT two separate returns orders, meaning two distinct courier trips. So what waste have you cut down on? I actually called and asked if there was a way I could return both sets of shoes that I ordered separately in the same box using the same label, but no they need to be separate because of the way the warehouse processes them. Basically just another greenwashing company using environmental concerns as an excuse to scam you out of a bit more cash, rather than actually trying to reduce waste. Not being able to return two pairs of shoes in the same courier trip is the absolute pinnacle of "computer says no"!

Very slow delivery considering price I can get much cheaper items off Amazon delivered within 24hrs. The tracking system doesn’t seem to work either. This is very substandard service from what is meant to be a premium brand .
First shoe arrived damaged. The next order arrived with 2 different shoes. No answers to emails refunds. If you call vivo the same thing. No results. Absolutely shocking customer service. Try other barefoot shoe companies.
Was disappointed to learn that I had to pay in excess of £10 to return my shoes.
The Revivo service also looks way more appealing than it actually is. Initially, it appears like you'll be making savings but when all things are considered you're probably better off waiting for a sale on the main (Vivobarefoot) site.
Like the previous reviewer, I ordered a number of items shipped with Royal. They say that the items arrived, but I never received the orders!!! I contacted urban revivo and no response. This is unacceptable and what’s worst they are using content creators to influence you to buy their clothing, with no intention to delivery it to you!!! Shame on you urban revivo. Stay away from this company!!
Horrendous customer service. They simply just don’t respond to messages. Plus return cost is £10 so I’d rather choose my own return method. But they don’t reply to emails and there is no phone number for them.
Useless company and team is rubbish. Never use this company.

I placed an order (GE5869314219GB) and paid for it immediately. Unfortunately I was then lied to constantly and told the item had been dispatched. After looking into this it had apparently been shipped to Royal Mail at 1.40am on Sat 4th. In reality someone had just raised a free label with Royal Mail and had sent nothing at all. It is now Fri 10th May and nothing has arrived. Revivo now don't answer my emails or requests for a refund so I have had to lodge a dispute with them via PayPal.
Shockingly Bad company with awful customer service and no respect for their customers.

PayPal disputes have now been involved for several weeks. The boots did eventually arrive, badly scuffed, soles worn down with old mud still embedded in them so I wanted them refunded and returned. For a company that advertise products professionally restored, soles replaced and items sanitised they looked like they'd be better off in a charity shop for £1
Today after weeks of being lied to and fobbed off I received a refund of less than I paid! They have charged me £10.35 shipping even though I sent the item back and the item was missold and faulty.
Still waiting for a reply from either PayPal or Revivo about all this.
Avoid at all costs! It's not worth the hassle.
This has been an absolute nightmare.
Terrible service, I bought 3 pairs of revived shoes from them Ababas broke at the heel while I was putting them on my feet, additionally way smaller than a 45UK should be, the eclipse lux broke within 20 minutes of walking in them no response from anyone on their end. Totally ridiculous, don't waste your money.
I wish this service was better than the reality of what I've experienced. One pair of boots I sent for repair, 5 months back and forth, two repairs during this time as they came back with big gaps appearing in the seams after a short test walk and they are less waterproof than when I sent them. Customer care is very slow, I won't be sending them back again as have lost trust completely. Really disappointed as it's an excellent idea and I believe it could succeed. Has put me off ever going down the revive option for vivos ever again.
Bought a revived pair of Scott 4 work boots in 'good' condition which is their lowest grade. I would say the condition of the boots is fantastic. The leather upper has been polished and a brand new sole added along with new laces and a new thermal insole. Delivery took about a week and seemed a bit pricey, hence the four stars. But otherwise, I really like the concept behind the company and feel it offers both great value and environmental sustainability. The catch is I guess I got lucky and didn't need to engage with their customer service which by all accounts is horrendous!
Haven't used them for repairs but for purchases. They're usually cheaper than on vivo and i got really nice shoes so far so can't complain. I wish they would mention if you need to size up, down or if the shoes run true to size as vivo does though.
Honestly wish I’d looked at reviews first. Bought a pair of vivos in a size 9, same size I’ve been in every pair of shoes my entire adult life but these were way too big. In the process of trying to return them and it’s going to cost me £10 because their shoes are not as described- pretty sure this goes against the Consumer Rights Act so I will be pursuing this to be refunded as well as the original postage cost. I was going to wait for a size 8 in the colour I like to appear but not if I am risking another £20 if they don’t fit!
I had my barefoot forester boots refurbished by their ‘partner company’.
They came back looking like a 12 year old at stitched them and a new pair of laces that are too short.
After numerous exchanges I explained I only have these boots that fit my feet and cannot let them have my boots for 6 weeks again to redo the repair. My feet hurt in normal shoes now.
I explained that a decent pair of laces (new original laces) would do. However apparently cheap shoelaces is all they could offered? Then thanked me and apologised… that’s the customer service to expect.
I wouldn’t recommended this company at all.
The product (repair) was awful as was the customer service.
I ordered a pair of boots only to receive two shoes each being a different size. Astonishing lack of professionalism, or just pure negligent behavior by this company. Now trying to return and recieve reimbursement, will update.
I really wanted to like this company but unless you like writing emails that do not get replied to and keeping your shoes in the post and not on your feet this is not a company to be doing business with.
Experience #1 sent shoes in for repair they were returned without some work being carried out (pull up at the rear not replaced) and the soles were not glued correctly so exhibited holes where toe crease is TLDR sent back and forth numerous time until I tired of not having shoes so service was paid for shoes never repaired\restored still have holes and Revivo has my money!
Experience #2 Brought as new off road SG shoes that developed holes in circa 5 runs emailed Revivo was advised to send pictures which has been done now radio silence for 5 days this company has had a lot of my time and money in return I have nothing and will need to buy more running shoes so that I can actual go out and run
Total waste of time and energy
Just follow other comments and rates i ordered white Motus Strenght and got Burgundy Trail Knit something is wrong 😑
Please try to hire higher IQ people...
