I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve come across with Carlo.
From the very beginning, he handled everything in a highly professional yet personal manner. He genuinely takes ownership and ensures the customer is looked after, rather than just completing a transaction. Communication was prompt, clear, and honest throughout the entire process, which made things very easy and stress-free.
What really stood out to me was his willingness to go the extra mile. When I had an issue, Carlo didn’t hesitate to step in and resolve it quickly with a replacement. There was no back-and-forth or hesitation—just a straightforward, customer-first approach that you rarely see these days.
Even after the replacement, he followed up to make sure everything was working well. That level of after-sales support shows real commitment and integrity.

I needed a bullet proof custom solution…
I needed a bullet proof custom solution for programing old and new automated machinery, I ordered a 32 Bit Tough Book from Revived IT. It came quickly and worked well. I then tried to turn it into a dual boot as I realised I needed 64 bit for some programs too. I stuffed it up.
I returned it to Revived IT, they set it up as dual boot with no fuss, now it does everything I need. Great service from Carlo and his crew. I cant recommend them highly enough.
