Unprofessional, rushed service, followed by scams to try and get more money out of you.

This company is treating you.On march I had appointment which I have cancelled and today I received email treating me if I dont pay the amount of 95 pund they will take this further but if I book appointment with them they will not.This is redicilus someone need to take action with them

I had a fantastic experience with Revitalise. From the moment I walked in Jonny was very friendly and welcoming, was a bit nervous about the procedure I was getting done but I had Raya who made me feel at ease throughout it all. This was the best experience for melanosis on my lip ( a dark sun spot ) that had been bothering me for years. The doctors were so calm and nice and incredible. I am currently undergoing facial hair removal. I am being seen by Kaynat Zubair and I wouldn’t change her for anyone else. She was been very helpful, made me very comfortable and was very honest about my sessions and what I would benefit from. She’s very friendly, calm and reassuring. I really regret booking this appointment. I feel as though I was pressured into being over treated and making a quick decision instead of discussing options. In hindsight I originally thought my appointment was with a dermatologist but I ended up being seen by a plastic surgeon and I think that’s why I left with expensive surgical options that I can’t undo that I didn’t need. I was visibly upset when I left but nobody really seemed to care. I honestly feel like I have just spent lots of money I don’t have on something I didn’t need because I was too anxious to stop the conveyer belt. Quite a traumatising experience and a very expensive mistake.
Truthfully I have never gone private before and was so desperate for an expert opinion having been let down by my GP and so I think I almost feel a little exploited or extorted?

My overall impression was a very helpful and beautifully clean clinic with superb consultation and super-friendly staff

Excellent treatment for fungal nails. Staff are delightful and making sure that I was completely ok, every step of the way. Jonny and Victoria worth a special mention.

I'm very happy with the facial treatment that Rayia did for me. She's honestly the best I've ever experienced, made me feel so nice and welcomed. I will definitely be coming back for another treatment. She's the best!

I wanted a wart removed and found this clinic called revitalise on line. I showed an interest and the clinic called me straight away. The man I spoke to was really really helpful and explained the whole process. I eventually went to the clinic and the staff and Dr were just amazing, I got my warts removed the same day with a guarantee that it should never come back.

I was in sever pain for 1 week with a plonodial sys absolutely hell of a pain. The sys was between my bottom cheeks near the sensitive part I called in for an emergency appointment they took me in straight away the receptionist and staff made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable.
The procedure was quick and doctor Ken was amazing. Came back for a follow up and again just to make sure doctor Ken cleaned up the area. I hope I don't need to but if I ever have any issues that Revitalise can sort I will be 100% sure to come straight here. I walked in on my hands and knees and walked out dancing literally. Thank you everyone you was amazing
