First let me say. If you are hoping to pay and download this system in a few hours you should look elsewhere. I ordered my 90tb system in Sept and I am still working on the first 16tb. Now content, I only have the first set ready to play but even there if I played 10 games a day it would take my years to get through just the amount of games. How easy is the system to use? It is average. If you are not building a stand alone arcade with the same setup that is preprogrammed into the build you will have to tinker with some settings. Support, this can be hit and miss there is a vast wealth of information on the discord and the mods are very informative. The draw back is that the wealth of knowledge is in a sea of post and you are often asked to look in a particular section to find the answer. The search function will become your best friend for this. Value, prior to the system I mistakenly invested in what was supposed to be a plug and play system with support. That mistake cost me 600+ and then my cost to get this system as well. The amount of content and support afforded for the cost of this system is hands down a great value. I could have got this system and the NAS to hold it for what I paid for with the first system. I will hands down be upgrading to future expansions that become available.

The Retrosystem products are reasonably priced and customer service is prompt. I upgraded from the 60 to 120TB and it's been an easy transition.

Excellent product, with very helpful advice and brilliant discord community

I bought the 60tb infinity build last year for £179, thinking you're going to get the 90 tb or the 120tb as a free upgrade. I noticed I and other users question this. Its very confusing and slightly misleading. When you get told oh, you have to pay another £79 for the 60tb to upgrade to a 90tb. From looks either if you pay the fee you still got to pay for the next upgrade each time.

Discord wise:
Trying to raise order concerns or queries system doesn't exist. You just leave a message in the public channel and wait for a mod to reply to it, who will then just inform or let Retro know. You need a ticketing system. Or a Mod mail system, to ban spammers who often spam all the channels.

Wish the download speed was a tad bit faster but ,for a site that has tons of content. I see why you have a flock of downloaders on a site that NO other site offers. Hands down the best content for the price. Most definitely would recommend this site without a doubt. Keep up the good work

Retrosystem have always been supportive and always have great deals for every member out there compared to other alternatives out there this is the best place to grab a package wether its for 24tb 60tb or 90tb theres always something out there for everyone which includes discounts for every purchase furthermore if you choose to upgrade from your previous purchase.

Its also great that they give you the option to get free upgrades or replacements or extra support to redownload everything thats required if anything goes wrong and they also support you with teamview option if need be anything goes wrong.

Well I signed up to Retrosystem only a few days ago and I have to say having researched the many alternatives on the net this one is by far the best one out there. Not only for price but content and constant updates. There is also a great active Discord community for information, updates, troubleshooting tips and much more. Highly recommended!

I've seen many collections and assortments over the years, by far this one is the best. Its all there, no guess work or mind numbing configs to deal with. Everything works, the content is rich with colorful media. No one else comes close to the collection of operational games you receive. Did I mention the support team is right there to help out with any technical questions on Discord! You will find yourself quite in awe at what games from the past are available!

An absolutely phenomenal collection of retro joy. I ordered a 16TB physical drive to get me started, and access to the infinity collection so I could update and add systems as my storage grows. All arrived on time and as described. Useful discord full of other users with useful info, and direct interaction with the seller for support.
