I was worried at first but Retro pulled though shipping took a little longer than expected but still a reasonable time frame. Packaging was good product arrived safely and were just as presented on web site. Ty retro bike gear

The best customer service!!
The best customer service!!! I received the wrong helmet, I called customer service the correct helmet was shipped ASAP. Customer service called me back each time I called for status. This the second helmet I have purchased. Great product even better customer thanks

I love my new Torc T-1
I love my new helmet! Came on time. Looks exactly how I expected. I am between a Small and a Medium on the size chart so I followed their advice and ordered the Small. It fits great!

The returns process is heinous
The returns process is heinous. Motorcycle helmets can be a guessing game as to what will work. When I spend over $200 on a helmet that does not fit properly despite the size chart, I shouldn’t to pay $20 to return the helmet! I will never purchase from this website again.

Hi Adrea, we replied to your email expressing your concerns, but I also wanted to reach out here. Our returns policy is stated on our website and is standard for our industry. We do try to mitigate the cost/risk for our customers by sending out a second helmet via exchange without charging shipping, and are happy to answer any questions about sizing before placing your order. Outstanding Customer Service
Ordered a new tinted visor for my helmet from these guys. They shipped fairly quickly, but the package tracker didn't update any movement for an entire business week, so I contacted their customer service and their guy Fred took care of me. Turned out USPS lost my package as soon as they received it, but they found it in a few days and shipping resumed.
I received my order in a reasonable amount of time, but the packaging stated it was "received damaged".
And well...it was very damaged. Scratches so bad it was utterly useless to use on a sunny day. So I contacted Fred again and told him the situation. He immediately dispatched a *FREE* replacement visor, as well as threw in a *FREE* T-shirt, putting them in suitable packaging this time (first one was in a bubble wrap envelope, not sure who thought that was a good idea with it being "international" shipping).
Both just arrived today. The visor was in perfect condition this time, and the T-shirt is pretty cool.
All in all, I'm very pleased with these guys, even with the headache I went through to get my visor.

I bought 2 helmets from this company and both times I received eac helmet within 7 days, perfectly wrapped. FYI, if you need assistance with anything it's faster to email them. Courteous staff, prompt service
I had an issue with the helmet I bought and they responded to my email within an hour of sending it. Although the helmet still didn't work out, the staff was courteous and the service was great. I'll definitely shop here again.
