Retirement Homesearch Anmeldelser

In January 2026, Retirement Homesearch secured a sale on our flat, when the previous agent had not done so over a period of 6 months. In particular, we have found Rachel Hazell to be very responsive and efficient, and always made us feel as if we were priority clients.

Excellent from Rachel

Charlotte and her team.were v professional and helpful throughout the journey. They were very swift in replying.
Our mother's flat sold within months on putting it through Retirement Homesearch.

Mandy Abbot our contact point was very helpful and efficient.

Rachel was very prompt with her email to me, also very friendly and helpful.

Living a long way from the property I was selling, meant I had to rely more on Retirement Homesearch to stay on top of the sales process and organise viewings and chase solicitors. The support I received was personal and supportive.

Very happy with our experience with Retirement Homesearch. Charlotte Harvey was very helpful and was able to sell our property quite quick and efficiently, always keeping us informed, which is very important.

The property search agent did everything we asked, kept in touch and forwarded emails between vendor and purchaser when requested to speed things along. Communication was prompt, clear and direct.

Very nice people who are very pleasant, kind, sympathetic and helpful, they speak extremely well to a high degree, Rachel and Laura to name two. If you need to buy or sell a retirement property, this should be your first port of call, nothing is too much trouble.

we found the property online and made an offer from then on i dealt with Charlotte who has been very helpful in putting forward my initial offer to ensuring that the sale went through smoothly.
from a personal standpoint Charlotte in my opinion went above and beyond what i expected as this sale was very important to us as a family as we were purchasing this property for my disabled mum and Charlotte was always on hand to help and in many instances resolved a lot of our issues early on in the process.

First class, professional service throughout from Rachel and her team. Excellent communication and full support during the extended sales process. Thank you

Charlotte Harvey who dealt with our sale had a friendly professional manner. Happy to answer any query with a quick response. We were kept up to date on the progress of marketing and then the sale.

All of the staff at Retirement Homesearch, have been very helpful across the team

Charlotte at Retirement Homesearch was excellent in supporting me with the sale of my late mum's retirement property. She was always on hand with information and very quick to respond to queries. This made the whole process of advertising and selling of the property less stressful

Rachel was very helpful in being the communication between the seller and ourselves & explained everything clearly and professionally. Thank you

Property sale took a while but this was due to the age of the flat and its location. The site manager tried her hardest to get a sale and eventually she was successful. Once the buyer had been found the transaction went through smoothly thanks to Charlotte at Retirement Homesearch.

Retirement Homesearch were very helpful when the solicitors from either side required information.

Charlotte was genuinely brilliant. It was not an easy purchase for various reasons, but she helped and gave her highly valuable advice throughout the process. She was also very proactive and highly patient. I am very grateful to Charlotte for everything she did to help my mum buy her lovely new retirement flat.

As a 80 year old to take the step to purchase a retirement flat was quite daunting.
Charlotte was there every step of the way guiding me through the purchase step by step.
I cannot praise Charlotte highly enough for her kindness and consideration during this time 1

Excellent professional service from both Charlotte Harvey and Vix Carter. Both made things very clear and responded to every query quickly. Would highly recommend both!
