I had a wonderful experience with ResumeZest. I was initially a little nervous about the price point for a mid-level Professional Resume package, but honestly, it is so worth it. My writer Jessica Philippon was fantastic! She was super easy to talk to and walked me through everything she planned to do with helpful explanations. It was fantastic to see my work history professionally formatted and presented in a way that made sense. I feel much more confident sending my cover letter and resume to employers in an industry I'm trying to break into. The whole process seemed very tailored to my needs, and not a one-size-fits-all. I would definitely recommend this service if you're on the fence.

Working with Jess was great. For only having an entry-level resume amount of history, she made my resume and cover letter look fabulous. When we had our consultation she was very professional and had my best interest to help make everything look good for my goal to be achieved. Speaking with her through the portal chat board was also very helpful. Jess always answered my questions in a timely manner, and we got my resume and cover letter finished pretty quickly which is very much appreciated.

Came in with a pretty strong resume... then Shelly made it even stronger. There was lots i didnt know, especially with ATS. We worked back and forth for about 10 days and eventually i got to a place where I loved it. Once the resume was done... The linked in profile rewrite was super easy.
