Resume Giants will alter your CV without your consent and not tell you
Resume Giants gives you the option to modify section titles to personlize your CV. But without my knowledge or consent, RG reverted these section titles back to default every time the CV was updated (even just changing the file name or modifying sections with the default titles). This is a violation of GDPR and RG's own privacy policy.
When I contaced their CS to know how to prevent this from happening again, my account access was immediately limited and I can no longer download my CV or cover letter. RG actually punishes people for complaining about their service!
