I am very disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience.

My order has still not arrived, even though it is now 20 days later than the delivery date originally indicated. When trying to contact customer support, the only responses come from an AI chatbot that does not provide any real solution.

When I email them directly, it takes more than a week to receive a response, and when they finally reply, it is just a generic message saying “we are looking into what happened.” After that, three more days pass with no further response.

This order was meant to be a gift and was placed well in advance for Christmas, yet it never arrived on time, completely defeating the purpose of the purchase.

What makes this even worse is that their email responses do not even include a simple apology such as “sorry for the inconvenience.” Everything feels like a copy-paste template rather than genuine customer service.

I do not recommend buying from this store. My order has not arrived, and the company is not providing any real solution.

I bought a restube that iI always unfolded and rinsed after each surf session, here is my experience :

- After a short time the seams of the pouch were gone, I had to sew it so I could keep using the restube.

- After 50 sessions the plastic part keeping the triger cord into position down fell apart.

- Not long after that I unscrewed the cartridge and noticed that the metallic pin supposed to perforate the CO2 cartridge was totally rusty. The triger mecanism wouldn't work so in case of emergency under water I'd be way longer to reach the surface

- Restube doesn't have aftersale service, your questions will stay without an answer.

First of all, RESTUBE GmbH is a German company that has a profile on Amazon. However, they do not provide any customer service. On their official website, the Restube Active CO2 cartridge includes a protective guard, but they sell it without one on Amazon. While it's a small detail, we expect better quality from a German company.
